I took the same size that I wear for Birkenstock sandals. Fits perfectly! Love this shoe and can't wait to wear it all the time and everywhere. I have low arches that fatigue my legs. Usually I wear wooden clogs (low and high heel) and Birkenstock sandals for the proper support. I am so happy to have Birkenstock comfort now in a cute, low-key hi-top for winter. No more socks+sandals for me!

This was my first experience ordering from Zappos and I was really disappointed. I had always heard they were a fantastic company, but my experience was not at all fantastic. Sadly these shoes arrived obviouly used and returned, out of their original box. There were black sock marks inside, and small outs f dirt on the exterior in in the sole. I called customer service to get a new pair and there were no more in stock. I then asked if I kept them in used condition, if I could get a discount on them. I was offered $25 towards a future purchase. I didn’t find this acceptable for a $200 pair of shoes, so I sent them back for a refund.

I love these so much!! I get so many compliments. I have a pretty damaged left foot and these don’t bother me at all. I was able to walk all over San Diego in these. I wish they had more colors! I love my Birkenstock’s. I’m a 9-9.5 and a 41 is perfect.

I really wanted black high tops but I also really wanted shoes that have good support and a wide toe box. This shoe fits the bill! They are super stylish and comfortable. I’m still getting used to the cork footbed but I’m sure that they will be great once I’m used to it and they are broken in.

First I have to say that Birkenstock knocked it out of the park style-wise, which isn't always the case for them. The raw finish is irridescent and pink and looks smashing. The 40 is generously sized with ample toe room and while I usually get a 40 in the Birkenstock sandals, I might recommend going a size down for the high top. That being said, the arch support that you generally get with sandals doesn't seem to be there in the shoe, which is just plain odd. Why change the one thing that people love most about your footwear for an enclosed shoe? For $199, I expect these shoes to look good, and to feel great. Instead they were more of a 'meh' comfort-wise. I think you could easily fit an orthotic in here, but it's a Birkenstock. I shouldn't need my orthotic for these. So they're going back.

I had to double check that these weren’t listed as men’s shoes. The toe is huge and boxy. The shoe is super stiff. It runs big- which I rarely have a problem with, being a size 11. I submitted a photo with the shoe on next to another one of my shoes. You can see how clunky it looks. I was so excited about these, too.

I love these but I did order a size up. I’m a 41 in sandals but a 42 in the Bartlett and they are AMAZING. So much arch support without relying on non knee friendly flubber like Adidas. Buying the Wrigley next.

These boots feel light and comfortable. The lace up portion is soft and comfortable. Of course the foot bed is supportive. The metallic color is very versatile.

I wore the same size as my sandals. They felt great as soon as I put them on and they’re very cute on even my boy friend said so!

What a dream of a shoe! Birks and Naots are the only brands I can wear without my custom orthotics, and this high-top sneaker is a wonderfully comfortable and slightly cuter alternative to my clunky Sportiva trail-runners that are my usual wear for support and daily activity. Pricey but worth it for foot health! I’ll miss their comfort when the snow flies and I’ll have to change to warm snow-proof boots.
