The fit was true to size-I am always a size 6 in heels/shoes and these Sam Edelman Margie Pumps in Oatmeal color were no different. The height of the shoe is perfect for my 5'2" self-these are about 3 1/4" and I think this is the perfect height for reasonable comfort and you can still walk without feeling like you are on stilts. The hazels/Sam Edelman are nice too and comfortable but having purchased both-given the choice I like the slightly lower heel. The oatmeal suede is soft and smooth-does not have a rough finish-quality suede. I love the light color its a great neutral.

I always wear a size 6 and these are a perfect fit. I think these are very comfortable and the perfect height. A lot of heels these days are so high-I am 5'2" and feel that these give me height I need and I can still walk without any pain! Love the colors and prints they come in-I have purchased black suede and oatmeal.

I bought this shoe for my daughter for a school dance. Its classic and beautiful but ran a little tighter than her other pair. Once we stretched them out, it was better.

The material of the shoe is the problem. Most women don't wear hosiery with pumps, and man made material with bare feet squeeks! Unfortunately that's what you get for the price.

Beautiful, classic suede pump with just enough heel that ran true to size (5.5). I would have kept them if there had been just a bit more cushion in the toe box area.

I LOVE these shoes! The heel height is perfect (the Hazel was just a tad bit higher, and I could feel the difference). I'm on my feet all day for work and bring flats to change into when the heels get to be too much. But these I am able to walk around in all day, which surprised me because I haven't been able to wear heels for long since having kids. I'm so happy to have found a heel that works for me and looks stylish! I will be buying in more colors.

Gorgeous shoe, but the toe box was a bit tight. I ordered the Hazel at the same time, and ultimately decided to return these and keep the Hazel. Despite the higher heel on the Hazels, my toes were a bit more comfortable.

Very nice a little too high for me

I bought these and the Cole Haan Vesta pumps both in black suede. The Sam Edelman's are beautiful but the quality is not great, there is visible glue on the outer sole and the toebox is thin, the outer sole does not go past the toebox so the suede is left exposed, the Cole Haan's Vesta's are much better quality for a few bucks more, the sole goes past the toebox, there is no glue and the toe kick is rubber. So I would say if you are looking for a cute shoe that will last a couple events the Margie is for you. If you want something that will last longer the Vesta is a better choice. I will be keeping both. Margie for special occasions and the Vesta for everyday work.

Opening hits toe area too low, unattractive toe cleavage.

As soon as I put these shoes on I felt pain in the toe box area. Going back.

Bought these shoes for my daughter. Cute shoes, toe cleavage does show, but really uncomfortable and slip off the back of her heel. Kept the neutral pair, but only because we added some inserts to try to make them work.

These are cute shoes as far as style, however after reading the reviews about the toe cleavage I decided to go a 1/2 size up. This was a mistake as the shoe does not get bigger in the front with a larger size it just extends the length of the shoe the toe area remains small and shows toe cleavage which I'm not a fan of. The shoe would be nice if the front was a little longer. I am a 7.5 normally so I wouldn't advise anyone to do what I did. As far as the construction of the shoe it's made nicely and the quality is good my only complaint is the front of the shoe which is why I gave it a 3 star.

ouch. These shoes hurt. They're really cute, but ow. I typically wear an 8 and thought I would exchange for an 8.5. The 8.5 felt much better but slipped off the heel. The problem is that my toes feel very squeezed.... I think my little toe is actually being strangled. I'm almost afraid to take them off because I'm afraid it will have turned purple and fallen off. I also prefer a little less toe cleavage...

Sam Edelman needs to try these babies on. Seriously Sam, how do you expect women to suffer for your seriously flawed comfort design?! The style, look is off the hook. God bless the women that can such it up in the name of fashion and style to wear these.

I own a ton of Sam Edelman shoes and I love them bc they are comfortable and fit true to size and I can wear them for hours....but the Margie pump just doesn’t fit well. It feels too narrow, despite sizing up, too much toe cleavage, and overall not the most comfortable shoe. Had to return. I bought the Hazel pump instead and love them! They are perfect.
