Very cute boots but they fit oddly. The toe box was too tight and the heel weirdly loose. They are cute but back they go!

These are really cute and I wanted to like them, but they fit weird for me. The toe box is too narrow while the heel feels too roomy and slips when I walk. I don’t usually wear wide shoes but still found these to be too snug in the toe. I love the design and the leather quality but have to return them.

The color is beautiful gray and the style of the boot was exactly what I was looking for. I really wanted to keep these boots but they felt like a half size too big. I only wear a size 10. I do not fluctuate between sizes. These definitely run a little big. My heel was slipping out the back when I walked. Unfortunately, I returned them.

Meh. I was really excited about these boots and when they came in they were very comfortable but they just kind of looked like rain boots. It's like they need a little design or something. Nice, but I didn't love them and for the cost, I returned.

I was excited to receive these shoes in black. I ordered a pair in brown earlier last year and those have been great. But when I put this pair on, one of the boots was noticeably tighter on one of my feet than the other one. The leather was much stiffer in black than the brown pair I bought earlier last year. The insoles also made an audible squeaking sound when I walked. So I returned them and marked them as defective in the return process for Zappos to inspect.

Very nice looking shoe but looks quite long on my size 9 feet. I'm returning and going with another style from the same brand. I knew immediately that I wasn't going to keep, so didn't pay much attention to how they felt.

Pros: these boots are good quality. I was happily surprised that I could get them on my feet, as I have high arches. Cons: NO arch support, and the ray is NOT gray- it is taupe.

Well-made boot. I’m a true 8 medium and after ordering a few different styles of boots by this brand I’d definitely suggest ordering a half size down. The leather is really nice quality, but I anticipate they’ll get a bit bigger with some wear, so am returning. Also, they’re a bit large looking from the top. I don’t have a wide foot, but do have narrow calves and ankles and this boot just seemed kind of oversized for my taste.

I love the simple lines on this boot, and the way the wood heel contrasts with the black leather is outstanding. But the comfort is lacking. The leather is stiff and pushes against my shin. Also, they are too narrow in the toe.

It runs a little big, long specifically. Typical for this brand.

I am usually a size 9, however the size 9 was too tight. I bought a size 9.5, and the size 9.5 was huge. I thought for sure they sent me a size 10 by accident. But it was really a 9.5. I am disappointed these didn’t work out because they are very cute.

These seem to run big. I ordered a 6 and they were way too roomy for me.

I really wanted to like these. Very nice looking boots, but the fit just does not work. Very loose in the heel which makes it difficult to walk in them. Returning these.

So dang hard to get on. I know this would give me frustration every time I put them on. Color of sole and shape are great.

These boots are super uncomfortable so I didn’t really get to enjoy them. I tried them on took them off and put them right back in the box

I could barely get this boot on my foot, as it has no zippers. Once I got it on, it pushed uncomfortably against the top of my feet. There was no give or cushiness with this boot. Sad because it has great style, but back it goes.

These shoes look really cute, but they looked and felt weird on my feet. The ankles felt like they were at the wrong angle, so they pulled on the outside and had weird gaps on the insides. Wanted to love them, but they just fit horribly.

So comfortable and they look great, but the sole was peeling away within just a few weeks. Can’t recommend.

The top of boot was very small with no stretch in the elastic.

These are hands down the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever tried on. The length was fit well but the top of the boot literally dug into the front of my ankle and was causing discomfort just walking to the mirror. Awful. I wouldn’t even think of trying to “break them in”. Plus they made my size 10 foot look even bigger than it already is! Going straight back.
