I too could not get 1st or 2nd set to pair with my iphone. So disappointed as I have had the wired earmuffs for years and loved them, but with my new iphone, i need bluetooth. Such a hassle to have to return yet another pair and still have nothing to show for it.

Do not buy these earmuffs if you like them because they are Bluetooth. Bluetooth does not work at all. If you are looking for an expensive, cute earmuff, these fit the criteria.

This item was defective. It did not work. I exchanged the first one for another item of the same type and that item also was defective. I returned both sets of earmuffs. Would not recommend
