Love my crocs, didnt like that it took almost a month to get them, very bad customer service, will not buy from them again

I loved these when they came in, but was quickly upset after wearing them 3 times and the glitter on the front started pealing off in chunks.

Color shown is mostly black with some white marbling. The pair I received is mostly white with some black marbling. It makes them feel more feminine and these shoes are for my teen son.

It didn't come but I talked to a live agent and she said she'll replace it she was very comprehensive and very nice

The size didn't fit

The size did not fit which is my normal size. I don't understand why they didn't fit

Product is fine - overpriced plastic shoe but the 3 weeks it took to receive the product is frustrating.

Love the croc except for the inside - the inside has "grippers" and they are very uncomfortable when you are bare foot

The fit was good however the color was disappointing.

Waste of money

It's ok. It seems to not be as soft or have the cushion my older ones have.

The color is brighter then I thought it was

Great product per usual. Sizing was off. I bought two pairs(different styles) of my usual size and these were huge, while the other style fit perfectly!

Shoes were way bigger then the size my other crocs were. And lived way too far from any retailer to return them so have them away. Obviously people that made them in Viet Nam aren't familiar with sizes.

Product was bought along with another color in the same size to wear as a color combo, however, this pair was significantly smaller compared to the other color in the same size!!!

The shoe itself is fine but ordering and shipping was not very convenient. This was the purchase that made me not want to order from crocs.com anymore

Crocks cracked really fast. Im mostly on the go i have them on & off during the day,, overall im very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Material is not the same as before, the matial feels sheap, I have few crocs but this one is not confortable as the one I have from before.

I love the shoe, very comfy. I also have a concern the color is fading very fast. I just got the shoes not long ago and many spots of the coloring fading fast. Hopefully all the color won't rub off.

I love the design, & how light weight they are. However, I can't wear them barefoot as the insole hurts my feet. Also, I probably should have gone up a 1/2 size because when I use the heel strap they feel too small.

I returned them. Didn't fit.

Seem to fit more snuggly then my other 8's

I ordered a Size 8 which is what I wear in Crocs I have ordered 2 other pairs not from this site and I have had no problem with size. They never said anywhere that these shoes are Unisex I found out after they arrived and apparently with unisex they are wider and they make it to fit Men / Women. Had I been informed I would of ordered a smaller size. The shoe's are so pretty and I like them. But I can't keep them on my feet. Apparently when you send them back for a refund they don't go by what you paid for them. I paid almost 40 dollar's for them on here now they only want to give me 28.00 back. Apparently they just make up rules up for each individual. Don't Buy From This Site!
