The ear pieces are set very wide so they don't fit comfortably if you have a smaller head.

I bought these in July and the nose pad fell off a few months later. This is the second pair of Quays that have had the same issue. Contacted customer service and they said the sunglasses were out of their three month warranty so they can't help. Cute sunglasses but I guess they're only supposed to last 3 months. Be prepared to replace your Quays frequently.

Broke within a week of having them. Small nose piece fell off and cannot reattach.

Love the style but super flimsy, bent arm in the first week??

Does anyone feel like the overall Quay quality has gone down? I've owned A TON of pairs of Quays over the past 5 years and have actually bought 5 new pairs just recently. Dang they just feel cheap now? The frames especially. I honestly loved Quay but thing I'm giving up on them.

I have purchased 2 pairs of the same glasses within the last 6 months and both have broken in that time.

I thought for the price it wouldn't look so cheap, not impressed with these sunglasses.

The rubber part of the inside of my glasses grabbed ripped off within days of receiving my glasses. I love Quay glasses but this is my third pair.

Sunglasses were way to big for my daughters face. I mailed them back over 2 weeks ago and I have had no refund yet

The plastic piece by the nose fell off the first time I wore them. Not happy with this product at all

Love the style of these sunnies, but tragically one of the nose pads already fell off.

Awful. Doesn't stay on my face after a week of wearing and I never put on my head. The nose piece also broke off.

The nose piece of these came off less than a month of having them.

Nose support fell off in first few hours of wearing them. Reached out to Quay and they still have no fully answered me one month later.

Was really excited about this purchase only to receive them with a chip in the lens. :( super disappointing because I love Quay.

One star only because I have received their email asking me to rate my purchase BEFORE I actually receive my orders. It's been almost a month and no update whatsoever! This is very disappointing!

Glasses came crooked, was not straight on my face at all.

First of all, Quay Australia's customers service team does NOT exists. They do not reply to anyone's emails or DMs. Just read their comment section on ig for proof. Second, quality of these jezabell glasses are terrible. Equivalent to f21 quality. I will say I appreciated the trendy styles they have to offer but for the price and way they treat their customers I rather pass.

I'm so disappointed with these. Not what I expected and I was so looking forward to getting a pair of quay sunglasses. They're MASSIVE and fall off my face constantly. Way too big. Nice shape and all but they don't seem to be what I read in the description.
