Customer Reviews Dr. Martens Serena 8-Eye Boot

I love the look and coziness of this boot. I am a 9/9.5 Women's, average width. I ordered the size 9, because some reviews said the boot was HUGE. As I suspected the lining does take up some space and the 9 was way too small in width. There is a seam that goes over the top of the foot that was rubbing too much as well. So I exchanged for a size 10 that gives me just enough space all around. I can still feel the seam over the top of my foot, but with wear I believe it will stretch out.

I love these boots and I kept them, but I wish I had returned. They are pinching me at the top of my foot. I will probably have to have leather stretched to make them wearable.

I would have totally kept these except the left heel rubs. The boot has a thin furry lining except at the heel that is leather lined. Wouldn't work for me since I can't wear socks. Otherwise the boot is a great fit and looks bitchin'.
