The jeans look, feel, and fit great. But now I have three pairs that are less than a year old and the tack in the seat at back pockets rip. I looked a long time to find jeans that fit properly. I'm very disappointed in the quality and now that I read other comments this is a BIG issue. Stay away from these until Wrangler fixes the issue. I only wear these for casual and not any kind of working environment.

5 belt loops. Doesn't specify, but other colors in this category have 7. Picture has shirt covering belt loop area, so this feature is hidden.

I want to like them, little thin for hard work applications, thighs/ knees rip soon. Biggest problem for me is that you never know what you're gonna get,, no 2 pairs fit the same it seems. I absolutely would never buy online,, you gotta try every pair on first. Seems kinda wrong to me.

Second pair that has lasted less than a year. Wearing them as casual, around the house work jeans- no construction sites, no ranch work, just basic stuff around the house. The seat is way too thin. Very disappointed in Wrangler for having their tag on these.

I like the cut and fit of these jeans. Great choice of washes to keep things different. Unfortunately, this style of Wrangler jeans does not hold up to moderate wear. I wore three different pairs of these 1-2X weekly to the office and casually around town while washing them roughly every three weeks. All pairs show small to moderate distress around the rear pocket rivets. This is the first area to fail with most pairs of Retro branded jeans I've owned. In addition, one pair of this style has ripped around the zipper. The third pair is still wearable, but I don't expect them to remain that way much longer. If the quality improves in the future, I'd buy no other style of jeans again.

The pants fit great but within 2 months owning them they started tearing along the side of the back pocket. I was considering buy them again but after reading several bad reviews i will hold off.

Just got this pair of jeans and have worn them twice. These are the most awkward fitting jeans I have ever owned. The title says slim fit but I'm wondering where, the sizing is a full size, if not two, too big. The seat is loose, no matter where on the waist you wear them and the lean goth is short. I will say apart from that, these jeans are comfortable, I'm just not sure if I can wear these and risk the diaper butt look lol

I purchased a pair that were 98% cotton/2% spandex which seemed reasonable. Pretty disappointed, these are basically glorified sweatpants. Not rugged at all. I wish it wasn't so hard to find slim-straight low rise jeans that are 100% denim. The only ones Wrangler offers have silly SE state branding & run $100...

I have worn these jeans maybe a dozen times since purchasing them. The fabric already has holes around the back pockets. I really want to have an alternative to Levi's but I don't think these are it. I have had other jeans for years and not had this problem. I actually just ordered another pair from wrangler prior to noticing this problem. Hopefully it's not a common fault.

The pants fit my boyfriend perfectly. He loved the fit of them but unfortunately not even a month later they all tore around the back pockets. We tried a bigger size just to say we did and the same thing happened. Not impressed and won't be buying again unfortunately.

Bought these for my husband as an anniversary gift and they look so handsome. Thing is I washed them a couple times on cold and dried on medium and they have shrunk. The inseam is too short. I compared these to his other jeans and they are about an inch shorter! The store won't take them back since he wore them and washed them. They were perfect fit before washing. I reckon you should size up on the inseam length. Now I have two nice lookin pairs of jeans I don't know what to do with.

The fit of these jeans are excellent. But the material is extremely thin and wears our quickly. I've purchased 4 pairs of these jeans and only 2 of the 4 heald up under normal conditions after 6 weeks! The stitching on the rear pocket on one failed and came undone; on the other pair the denim ripped right at the pocket. I've have several different pairs and styles of Wranglers over the past several years and I've never had an issue with any of them. These Retro Jeans are not made to the same quality you'd expect from Wrangler Jeans.

These jeans are not slim as advertised. I own some straight leg jeans that are slimmer than these. Very loose in the butt and thigh areas. I recommend not advertising these as slim fit jeans. I also ordered the whitetail color, and the jeans I got are different from photograph.

Bought a pair of 88MWZAM a few years ago, love them, wear the heck out if them and they lasted forever. Now beginning to wear out, I ordered a couple pair online. Same jeans, I thought. Definitely not. Way more loose in the leg and wider at the cuff. Don't know if they changed the cut, but guess I'll have to go back to Levis. Bummed!

I don't know why these jeans are called slim straight...they fit like the regular fit but they're twice the price!

I purchased 2 Retro pairs. This pair does not look like the description and does not fit the same as the other pair ordered. Waist is tighter and legs bigger.

These jeans are extremely light weight, they might be okay for a night on the town but don't expect them to be durable enough for everyday wear.

Ordered 4 pairs of 36 inseam. The cut looks good and fits well. However, 2 of the pairs were 35 and only 2 were actually 36. I've experienced this inconsistency in inseam lengths before with Wrangler. Furthermore the seam stitching on 2 of the pairs have many loose ends and consequently make the jeans look cheaply finished. The denim when compared to that in the retro boot cut jeans I've ordered in the past feels noticeably thinner and doesn't hold its shape as well.

I have purchased several pair of Wranglers recently and have had similar issues with several pair tearing at the seams or ripping at the pocket studs. Quality just seems terrible theses days!

Looks like others have had the same luck with these... I've gone through 4 pairs of these and they have all done the same thing with normal wear, not working hard in them. These pants rip at two places, EVERYTIME... rear pockets at the rivets, or next to the stitches at the zipper. For $80+ after tax, I'd recommend looking at another brand. Or, keep using the warranty to get you a new pair every 6 months until they discontinue them.

These jeans had a WORN OUT look. It is NOT a "vintage look". We NEVER had worn out jeans and only wanted dark indigo NEW JEANS. Badly represented on line. I NEVER EVER buy worn looking jeans! NO. NO. NO I AM RETURNING THEM AND WILL NOT TRUST YOUR ON LINE STORE AGAIN!!

Not sure you would want to post this review. After 2 attempts to get some jeans, I'm not sure I want to try again. Your jeans are very big through the butt and thigh. Too big for me, and the legs are too big. I need jeans that are slim slim all the way to my feet. Great jeans. They just don't work for me.
