This is a very cute shoe and fit well. I would have kept it but really wanted a platform sandal.

I didn't buy mine on Zappos but I have a pair of the glow in the dark versions of these and I really like them. At first I didn't realize they are platform, but they offer great support, have a little more style than the originals (which I also have), and just a little arch support.

I've always thought the original universal version sole was too thin so I'm glad that they make this " Midform " now! It keeps me far enough away from the ground, providing more shock absorption, without being too thick to flex/bend as I walk. The foot bed has great cushion to. If only they would place the front straps by the toes a little more forward, they would look alittle better and feel a bit more secure on my foot. If there was more contour (arch support) in the foot bed, that would be awesome too, but I just add my own and that makes them feel more comfortable. I'm almost always a size 9, sometimes 9.5 and the size 9 in these fit perfectly ! They are lightweight too, which helps with the comfort-factor.

First of all Zappos and Jeffrey rock! Jeffery is my new fairy Godfather! He provided above and beyond amazing customer service and interesting conversation. I've had so many challenges in these last two weeks but Jeffery's kindness turned my frown upside down. Zappos is was and always will be head and shoulder's above Amazon or any other store especially in terms of customer service, quality of selection/price and delivery! It only took 16.5 hours to get them from the time I ordered them! That's less than a day! It's crazy! How did you do that Zappos? These sandals fit like a dream and are soooo comfortable! I am a size 9 and ordered a size 9. They are fully adjustable as they have velcro straps with little pull tabs to help you grip the straps. I couldn't be happier with them! I have been a loyal customer of Zappos for many many years and will continue to purchase shoes from them for my family for many years to come.

I am so glad they made a "midform" version of the original because the original was always too thin-soled for me. I prefer a little bit thicker sole for the cushion, shock-absorption and being a bit further from the ground and adds some height! The arch support is lacking, but I just add my own insert and they are more comfortable. True-to-size , a size 9 fits my foot perfectly (my feet are 9.5).

Size 9 was a perfect fit for my size 9 - 10 feet. The cushioning is great but these sandals lack arch support, so I add my own, an arch insert and glue it to the foot bed and they fit more comfortably. I have fairly narrow ankles and the area where the straps come up and out of the sandal on both sides of the heel is somewhat close together, to where my heel kinda sits on the strap a little bit, which is uncomfortable, but I think once their broken in more, it will soften up. Otherwise, these are a good choice for a practical, everyday, lightweight sandal and give a bit of height.
