As much as I wanted to give it a 5 stars cuz I liked the way it looked and it had slip resistant, it scarred my ankle. I work for Amazon and so you can imagine the forth and back walk.

**SIZE** I ordered an 8.5 in mens. I typically wear Van's in an 8.5-9, usually keeping them on the roomier side for the extra width. I wanted to order these shoes in a more true-to-size so I went with the 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I have rather wide feet and these accommodated them perfectly without being too big or too small. **FUNCTIONALITY** These are hands down the best non-slip shoes I've ever worn, and no, they aren't the only ones I've ever tried. I've gone through numerous brands from shoesforcrews, big box store brands, Vans for work (their "Made for the Makers" brand) , and even Doc Martens. None of the aforementioned have kept me as sure-footed on the insanely slippery floors at my food industry job. I spilled minor amounts of liquid on them and none penetrated down to my sock. After that first incident, I applied some waterproofing I had lying around to ensure dry feet and have since spilled loads of liquid on them at work (don't judge), and I've still remained dry - except at the ankle where the shoe obviously doesn't cover. **COMFORT** I normally wear support insoles in my shoes to help with my flat feet but I can often get through the day without them if I forget to switch the shoes they are in. I cannot make that mistake with these. Since these are very lightweight (blessing!), they also don't offer too much in the impact department so by the end of a long shift, my feet were a little sore. But because I know I'm supposed to wear my custom insoles in shoes, I didn't want to deduct any stars for my personal issues. Overall, once I wore my appropriate insoles, these were perfect. I loved how lightweight and comfortable they were. I do imagine that those who have a heavier step might want a small, cheap impact insole to add, maybe even just for the heel. **STYLE** These look almost identical to my classic all-black Vans. It's so hard finding a good, comfortable work-specific shoe that doesn't look like something my grandmother would wear to a jazzercise class. ~~ In conclusion, I 100% recommend these shoes to anyone looking for stylish but safe non-slip work shoes. The only caveat is that you may need to invest in cheap insoles for added comfort. In keeping with the minimal Vans appearance, they have just as much impact support as Classic Vans. Thank you, Skechers, for making an awesome work shoe. Y'all have let me down in the past with other work shoes, but these ones are a huge step up (ha!) from your other work shoes. Fingers crossed they stand the test of time.

I usually wear size 10.5…these were a little big so I had to get a .5 size smaller…the 10s fit perfect ?

I’m a mover, so I go up and down slippery ramps on rainy days, and these slip resistant Skechers do the job! I prefer low top shoes such as Nike SB, Vans etc, but they don’t do much good on wet inclined ramps, so these Skechers are just about what I needed. The shoe got the grip and the comfort.

I love these simple black shoes. My first pair lasted a full year of daily wear so I bought two more.

Fit amazingly, I work in fast food so they’re incredibly slip/oil resistant. They’re really good shoes.

Bought these for my son to wear to work. He really likes them. Fit was true to size. Perfect non slip soles for his job.

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I like the somewhat wider toe box for the added comfort there. I did order a half size down from my normal athletic shoe size and they are perfect. They work nice with jeans for a more finished look rather than the in your face colors of some of my sneakers. All in all a great shoe for the money.

Color: Black Size: 11 Width: D - Medium After hearing for over a month from my brother about his back hurting him and since he works as a cashier in a grocery store, his previous pair weren't doing him any favors. The pain was practically distracting him from work and forcing him to take more frequent breaks and borrowing a stool to sit down. I spent a day looking for for shoes for him and my dad and happened to see a Sketchers Work Shoes being advertised for nurses and figured Zappos might have a counterpart for men. Lucky me, I was right. So as soon as I could, I ordered these and within a (business) day via the Zappos App they were received quickly. About a week later, he's been able to stand for long periods of time again because of the cushioned memory foam foot bed. Sleek design of these shoes has earned him a few compliments of coworkers and being slip-resistant, he can around messy areas in the back and not slide around. Did I forget to mention the ugly bruises on his ankles are completely healed and not a peep of pain from his Achilles heels?? *This item was purchased on August 31st.
