The leather is buttery and the soles have nice tread, but I am returning these because they are way uncomfortable. My heels slip, but my toes and the front of my feet are squeezed to the point that it causes pain. I tried them on yesterday and again today and I just don't think they are proportioned right. Also, in the photo it looks like they have a slight heel, but in real life, they are basically flat.

They are comfortable, but a little wide and sloppy fitting. They are not as cute on as the very similar Aldo Ribrylla or the slightly dressier Massimo Matteo, so I returned them.

I bought these shoes on January 4, 2020. Loved them. They were comfortable immediately - did not require any break-in time. This week, I noticed that the shoes have huge splits where the leather meets the undersole - basically the backs of the shoes have deep slashes. I'm very disappointed, as I have had good luck with Kenneth Cole previously.

Just what I was looking for in a loafer - great fit and soft leather that will mold to my feet. The arch support is present but of little help for my remarkably high arches.

I had these shoes a few years ago and they were my favorite to wear to work. Comfortable fit and they work well with jeans or something a bit dressier. Love them!

I love these shoes! Classic and simple, but so comfortable. The leather is high quality and soft. The shoes are sturdier than ballet flats, which I need for waking around the city.

These are fab shoes! However, the size 10 was a half size too large for me and there is no size 9.5. So sad about that.

These were beautiful and comfortable, just too small. I would have gone up a half size had they been in stock! They are very sleek looking and the leather was so soft.

These are gorgeous with a lovely feeling footbed. Unfortunately, it was a half size too small in the toe box and the next size up is sold out. :(

Huge fan of Gentle Souls. The leather is always so soft and comfortable - no break in time if you have any issues with your feet.

These shoes were just too narrow across my instep to keep. Wish they'd fit better because the leather is so soft and the style classic.

I was pretty excited when these cute loafers arrived at my home and I tried them on for the first time. The dark floral velvet loafers are really beautiful and will be great for day to day office wear when cooler weather comes this fall. Even more exciting was their fit - very comfortable, and I have picky feet. They provided a bit of arch support and had plenty of room in the toe box. One minor worry in the back of my mind is whether these will stretch out over time....don't want to wear these with socks, really. I am taking the chance on a larger comfortable size with hopes that stretching isn't an issue. (I normally wear a 7.5-8 and ordered an 8.) Beauty! Comfort! #Winning

Do not like these shoes. Leather is soft but fragile in that it is prone to scuffing and peeling when nicked against things - sidewalk edges, furniture legs. The shoe also provides very little support and my feet are sore after wearing for a day. Considering the cost, i was very disappointed in purchase.

I really, really, really wanted to like this shoe. I have another pair of Gentle Souls slip-ons that run a little big, so was anticipating similar with this one. Dead wrong. The style is simple and the leather so soft. Was even impressed with the extra effort at tread on the bottom. But as soon as I put them on it was clear these would not work. I am a 10 medium, but the toe box was so narrow I felt like I was wearing a narrow size. This barely felt right in the length, as even with thin socks on, I could feel the piped edge digging into my heel. I am long past wearing shoes that need an "adjustment period"! Back they go.
