I've been looking for fall/winter shoes since last fall! I have sent so many back. I have Hallux limits in my right big toe and need a shoe with moderate arch and cant wear shoes that are too flexible. I also have plantar fasciitis in same foot. When I opened the box I thought these would finally be a keeper. Unfortunately they are too long. I ordered my correct size, 11. They are 1/2 size too long and unfortunately they only come in whole sizes so back these go.

When I slipped these shoes on, they immediately felt like old friends. While they have arch support, I was also able to put my orthotics in. The shoe looks great and feels great, what else can you ask for?

This is a most beautiful shoe and I wanted it so much that I tried it in several different sizes/widths. (Thank you, Zappos, for your patience and help.) Unfortunately, I could not get a good fit. The main problem was that I needed a wider toebox and that just wasn’t happening even if I moved up from my usual medium width to a wide width. If you can find a good fit in this shoe, grab it because it’s one of the prettiest flats available today.

I had to order this show 3 times in order to end up with the proper fit! It only comes in whole sizes and i usually take a wide to accommodate a bunion. The 7 W was too short. The 8 W was too long and too wide so I ordered for 8 M and its a perfect fit. Thank you Zappos for making it easy to return/ship items back- I literally received the shoes, tried them on, re-ordered and the next pair came the next day!

My feet are narrow but I have bunions, so I got the medium width in this shoe. The length and width are true to size and the toe box has enough room to be comfortable. For my feet, the diagonal elastic holds my feet in place while the other elastic straps are decorative. For a wider foot, all the elastic straps could hold the foot in place. These shoes are stylish enough to wear with pants or a casual dress or skirt, yet they are comfortable enough to wear all day. They are well made and worth what I paid, especially since I bought them on sale for under $100.

I USED TO LOVE DAVID TATE SHOES, I ALWAYS NEW I COULD FIND A WELL MADE SHOE THAT WAS WIDE ENOUGH FOR ME. MY CLOSET IS FILLED WITH THERE SHOES. BUT WITHIN THE PAST YEAR OR SO EVERY TIME I ORDER THEIR WIDTHS ARE NOT WIDE ENOUGH, THEY NO LONGER HAVE 1/2 SIZES AND VERY RARE DO THEY OFFER DOUBLE WIDE. MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE A WIDE FOOT WITH A HIGH ARCH. SO MANY SHOES TODAY ARE TOO HIGH ON THE ARCH OR THE HEEL IS TOO DEEP AND NOT WIDE ENOUGH. i KEEP SAYING I'M GOING TO DESIGN MY OWN SHOES.

Sturdy uppers and removable insoles are the only positives I can find for these shoes. They are at least a size too large, much too wide, lack arch support, have insoles that are adequate in the heel but too thin under the toes, a rock-hard white plastic board below that, and an outer sole that provides very little cushioning.
