Too wide at calf and too big for size seven

I had to return the first pair as they were too big. The smaller size is tough to get on or off. I was just trying to replace an older ,similar pair. The sizing is different.

I tried these and the talls. I wanted waterproof pull on boots. These have a lot of room at the opening. In a wet winter they would send water gushing into the boot. The talls are much higher and sit more snug against the leg so will not have the same issue (I hope). Sent these back but kept the talls which I am loving.

Purchased the Neo-Classic Mid for my wife so she could help with the cows and keep her feet warm and dry. I have been a believer for years since my father introduced me to Bogs. The handles are great for getting the boots on but these are missing the heel toes that help remove the boots why they only received a four-star rating.

I love Bogs for Northern MN winters. The traction is a bit lackluster and I do tend to slip on the iced over roads and trails. But the comfort and ease of wearing these boots outweighs my wish for better traction. I wear them to walk my dog, I wear them on low-mileage winter hikes. They are always warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, my coonhound also loves them and wants to chew them no matter where I try to put them. This pair was chewed less than a week after I got them and they replaced a pair that was also chewed by this devil. Maybe make them more unappealing to my dog and I will give them 5 stars. (Kidding)

I'd been searching for a warm, lightweight mud boot for barn chores, fall through Spring. I like that they are easy to slip in and go. They are very bulky and heavier than I wanted.

We have a small farm and I feed and clean every morning and varying times of the day. The boots are excellent for staying dry and warm. My only wish is that they didn't feel like a cast on my foot. I strictly use them for chores. I don't feel comfortable enough to do any "real walking" in these.

Great boots, have been wearing them daily now for about a month. Took a few weeks to break in, but now they are very comfortable. I would really like this boot in an 8.5 since the size 9 feels large and bit bulky.

Bought this boot to replace well-used Bogs high boot when neoprene tore on nail. My yard work is far from dainty & includes chores that have me up on ladders & down in the dirt. I wanted to stick with Bogs because they provide great back support and are extremely durable. Would be a 5 star if the womens boot came with the kick-off tab at heel that the men's have, since not so easy to remove while standing.

I plan to wear in the cold winter months of Indiana. I have one pair from a few years ago. My feet never get cold, so I thought I'd buy a pair that wasn't so high. Haven't worn them much yet. Roomy boots with plenty of room for thick winter socks.

I really like the boot but the size 10 was too big (I wear a 9.5 in Brooks so ordered up). The size 9 is out of stock for now so I'll keep looking. Considering the Arcata, which I've been told is a "sauna for the feet". That's attractive!

I am normally a US 9 and tried the US 10. The most comfortable pull-on boots overall but a bit more heavy-duty than what I was seeking for our mild Winters. If I needed a "back-up" pair, I would have kept them. This was 100% the most comfortable with an amazing insert giving a ton of "cushion".

I love these bogs for the utilitarian qualities of waterproof, warm, and get-the-dirt-off-the-sole. I do not use bogs for walks/hikes or kicking around town. I prefer a much more flexible sole for that. I give this boot 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because my foot is on the half size, and the half size is not currently offered. I chose the larger size and will keep the boots because of all the utilitarian qualities I mentioned. I will wear thicker socks.

I purchased these boots to replace my Noble Outfitters Mud Boots which I loved. This is my first pair of Bogs and so far, they do not disappoint. The footbeds are not quite as supportive as the Noble Outfitters were so that it my only criticism. They are comfortable; I love the heel support inside that keeps your foot from slipping around so much. I love the pull on handles and so far, they are perfectly waterproof! They are my new farm boots for my horse farm and are great so far. I would have given 5 stars if the footbed was a bit more supportive, but all in all a great boot!

I love the boots although they could be a little more fitted at the top. That is why I gave them 4 stars, not 5. I use them for barn chores, and cleaning stalls. The shavings and hay get inside. They are comfortable however.

These boots are great for gardening in the Deep South. In New England I have a pair of insulated knee-highs, which I love, but these mid-height boots work fine here -- I can tuck my pants into them and spray with insect repellant. No ticks! They are a little large -- I wish Bogs came in half sizes -- so I can't wear them on a walk. I wear a pair of thin Smart Wool socks with them, which don't slide down like cotton socks do. I have a bad bunion on one foot and these are perfect -- no pain at all.

I purchased for everyday use and they seem great very comfortable and warm the only problem I have noticed is that the snow builds up on the bottom quickly (maybe because they are new) making them slippery on smooth surfaces.

I wear these for winter work on the farm. The mid-rise is great for someone with larger calves. The Neo-Classic design has more room in the foot compared to the original classic design which allows for thicker socks during cold weather. It's also lighter in weight. Unfortunately they don't seem to last more than one year (2 if worn less frequently). Stress points tend to crack and split over time allowing water and snow to get in and soak your feet which is a real problem when it's cold.

I mainly use this boot for volunteering with animals (my main reason for ordering), beach walks and muddy trail walks. The boot itself is great, durable and mostly comfortable. My only complaint (after just a few weeks of use) is that half sizes aren't available in this particular style. I normally wear a 9.5 and originally ordered a 10, based on reviews I saw saying they ran a bit small. The 10 was definitely too big for me, so I crossed my fingers and sent them in to exchange for a 9. While the 9 just barely fits, I could use a tad more room at the toe. Will see how this slight rubbing plays out over time, but has been tolerable so far. Overall a great boot that I would currently recommend to others.

The durability and comfort are great. I really like that they are a solid color rather than the options I had in the past. But, I've had 2 pair that were size 9 and the boots fit me perfectly. My new pair feel a little big this time unfortunately.

Very nice and I'm happy with the quality, but they are too big and I've had to return. My only concern are the lack of choices in size 10 or larger.

It's been a brutal winter in Wisco this year, but BOGS are always up for the challenge. I love the pretty spring leaf pattern and the feminine touch it adds. I wear a 6.5 or 7 shoe, and the 6 fits fine, even with a heavier sock. The 10 inch shaft of this "mid " style is perfect for me. ( I'm 5 -4 ) as is the dark blue color. These boots are warm, waterproof, and comfy right from the start. They pull on easy with the side "handles", and look great with jeans or leggings tucked in. I really like that they are seamless, cushioned , and lighter than other waterproof boots.
