I have several laptop bags from here. I purchased and returned this particular bag. There was nothing wrong with the bag. In fact, the storage and arrangement of the pockets was great. I have been using the Authority Deluxe and maybe I'm just spoiled by the comfort from the straps. If the backpack straps were on the Never Check, for me that would be perfect.

Great pack for air travel. Easy to access laptop compartment.

Used for travel and every day hauling. Awesome construction, great looking, fits everything I need and then some without looking too bulky.

Perfect travel backpack. Love the expandable feature for those small extras picked up while on vacation. Lots of pockets to keep things organized.

When I first got the backpack, I liked it and mainly used it as a work bag. But once I took my first trip with it, I fell in love with it. Very well throughout design, from the compartment for your laptop and iPad to how it fits under the seat in front of you on the plane. I only wish it had a strap to attach to your dollar carry-on.

I've had this bookbag since about 2017. You read that right-2017. To this day it's in perfect condition. I've taken it on flights, to work, on the subway, and across country without one single issue. My only complaint is that I don't have an excuse to buy an new one because it's literally in perfect condition . I know it's not the cheapest bag, but it lasts FOREVER. Don't think twice!

Really great backpack! Do miss the old straps and bottle opener though!

I purchased this bag for a European trip replacing a 25yr old northface backpack that has been everywhere. I love all the compartments and the straps that help secure the front pocket. They make it feel secure for holding important items especially while in an airport. My only reservation is I'm 6'2" with brod shoulders and the upper clip even though adjustable still fits up to high by my neck even with the shoulder straps let out all the way. Time will tell if this is an issue. At least they are removable. One addition that would be nice is if it was able to attach to a rolling suitcase handle like my command messenger bag.

This is the perfect backpack for up to a 2-day business trip. There is plenty of space for clothing along with numerous zippered pockets to stay organized.

I love this bag. It is really roomy yet slick, and I love the pockets and compartments it has. Also, I can use it as a workday bag and as a carry-on since it has massive storage.

I purchased this bag as a gift. The recipient loves all the pockets so items can be found quickly. The laptop sleeve is great. The primary use is a gym bag. It also is a great weekend getaway bag. The bag is spacious and eliminates the need for two bags.

I love this back pack. I use it to carry clothes when traveling and it's expandable which is a plus. It's also light which is nice since I only carry backpacks when I travel. I do not like standard Luggage and rolling suitcases are cumbersome and difficult to move over rough ground. The Never Check is what I really Love. I do not enjoy checking in luggage and then retrieving it at a turnstile or not at all because airlines or train service lost it. So if you are a traveler or just like to haul things around in a convenient way, this is the bag for you.

I bought this as a backpack I can use both at work and for weekend trips and it works perfectly for both scenarios. For work, I was initially worried it may be too big for the office, that has not been the case. It fits everything I would need for work (over-ear headphones, laptop, portable monitor, etc.) without being cramped or too bulky. The only area I wish was a bit roomier is the water bottle holder. For weekend trips, I can comfortably fit a change of clothes for a few days plus a pair of shoes. Having the separate laptop pocket is hugely helpful in this situation as I do not need to worry about leaving room for it or keeping it safe. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great backpack. Zippers are very nice compared to other brands. Perfect for my 2 day work trips. Only thing I would change is a pass through for luggage and perhaps it being a clamshell for opening

I've had numerous messengers bags which I have loved, but this bag beats them all! I love all the pockets as well as how handy it is to transition into a carry on bag. I use it for work and travel!
