My feet never adjust well to new shoes. Not the case this time. I wore these shoes all day at work without a pain. Very comfortable. I have a narrow heel and these worked well.

I have a long and somewhat narrow foot, but found that these shoes not only look nice but feel very comfortable right out of the box. There is no break in needed. The overall quality of the leather is quite nice. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this shoe.

I thought these were pretty cute and seemed like they would be comfortable in a bigger size, but I bought my normal 8.5 and the toe box was much too short. I may try them a half size larger.

Theses shoes are quite cute but, unfortunately, the toe box is narrow. Because of that, I know how comfortable they are as I couldn't take more than a few steps in them.

These shoes are perfect! My feet changed quite a bit in pregnancy so I needed to invest in new work shoes. These came and fit like a glove. They are very high quality material and well crafted. Worth the money for sure!

These shoes are just my style! I have a difficult right foot, but no problem with these shoes right out of the box. I don’t have to worry about arch support and there is enough room in the toe bed for my difficult foot to be comfortable. They look great with both skirts and pants. I already have another pair in my cart. Thanks Zappos!

Exactly what I was looking for. Simple black flats that don’t look like old lady witch shoes. Perfect with dresses and pants. I wear a size 11 and typically they are a touch large. Not this pair. Just a tad small, but still comfortable. I love that Zappos has a great selection of shoes for us large-footed women.

First got them in brown, and now I’m black. Super cute. Comfortable. Go with everything staple kind of shoe

Awesome shoes

I read that this shoe was excellent for orthodic needs. They are stylish and cute, but, one short walk in them and they were back in the box to be returned. Sole was flat and thin- not enough cushion for my plantar fasciitis and bunions. I was sad.

This is a very cute little flat, but my does it run small! I got the purple and brown version, and the colors are lovely--the purple is a deep plum velvet-like material (which probably means it will mark up easily over time, but such is the nature of the beast), the the brown is a very complimentary shade of chestnut. The strap is also a real buckle, in case you couldn't tell from the picture. However... it runs, at absolute minimum, at least a half size small, if not closer to a full size too small. It just seems to be a short shoe for some reason, as the toe isn't really pointy or anything like that. Oh well.

I really wanted to love these. The two tone is super cute and the black part is so soft and I love it with combo of brown leather. However, I’m sending them back. The fit wasn’t right for me. I wear an 8 - 81/2. I read the reviews and they said order up so I got the 8 1/2 but it wasn’t big enough. I decided not to exchange for the 9 because even in a bigger size I think they would hurt my feet. I do a lot of trainings and presentations and I need something I can wear all day and not be miserable. Honestly if you have short toes and don’t need arch support these probably would work well.

Seems to run small

I wear these shoes with my orthotic inserts. They pinch my left foot on the outside bone near the pinky toe and have given me a blister at the heel. I’m hoping that since they’re leather, I can break them in.

Not so hot...looked so cute until I put them on, unfortunately. I love a Mary Jane shoe, bot these are kind of dowdy. Also very cramped in the toe which surprised me as I have an older pair/style of MJ by Born that I still love 7 years later and are the same size.

This shoe @ 8.5 felt at least a full size smaller than expected but I am not sure because I will not be reordering this style. I am a 8.5 and have several pair of Born shoes, none the less was barely able to stuff my foot into this shoe. I returned it. Still looking for a comfy flat.
