My foot is wide across the base of the toes with a narrow heel, and my regular size fit well at the widest part and was a tiny loose on the heel. Keeping them because they are super comfy. I wanted something between a moccasin and a loafer in terms of dressiness and these fit the bill.

Great shoes for bad feet! Comfortable, nice leather. I will be back for more.

These are perfect for slipping into wherever I'm going. Born and I have not gotten along for many years but now we're back on track. The elastic inserts make up for my feet not really matching and the gore in front makes the style.

Comfortable from the first second. To note: As a size 9 all my adult life, in recent years, I've noticed I've often needed a 9.5, or sometimes even a 10, depending upon the shoe and brand. For these, I ordered a 9 and a 9.5. I am keeping the 9's and they are just a skosh long; Born is typically a bit wide, and although these are standard, they, too are a bit wide. BUT, all that said, they are awesome. Mostly to say: If you are a standard size, you can probably order just one, that size.

The fit is true to size. It is a beautiful looking and comfortable shoes. My only concern that I have a the moment is that the top part where the stretching top-line is fits a lil' tight and I probably have to break them in before wearing them for work.

I bought these for an upcoming coach tour, where I expect to do a lot of walking everyday. Though not the cutest shoe I’ve ever worn, they are very comfy and will work well with straight leg jeans and pants, when I need a change from boots. They seem to have the excellent construction quality that I am used to, from Born. Sized up 1/2 size to allow for a little swelling at the end of a day of tours.

I was expecting the color to be more brown. These shoes look very green. They were also too long. I always wear a 9 M. The gusset made them too loose. Will be returning.

The toe box doesn't have the depth or width necessary to be comfortable. I spoke to someone with Born Company and was told they have changed their sizing.

I take an 8.5 or 9. Ordered a 9 in these and they fit fine. I walk a lot and had been looking for shoes that would be comfortable for walking around all day. These aren't quite it - the inside feels hard and they pull my socks down. I walked 3 blocks from my house to a subway station and they were almost totally inside my shoes, which was uncomfortable. I want to like them so am keeping them and hope they'll eventually break in.

I am so disappointed I have to return these shoes in a 9 and 91/2 - tried the 9's today in cool weather and fit pretty well. Needed the 9 1/2 when I tried them in hot weather. The 9 1/2 was going to be a keeper until I found that every few minutes my socks would be pulled down to around my feet. I tried the 9 in this cool weather, and they seemed to fit but I could once again feel the heel tugging my sock down. Tried arch supports, then back of shoe was too short. Wanted to keep them. Very comfortable and well-made shoes - but they did not work for me.
