These shoes are comfortable when you are sitting or standing, but dangerous to walk in. The outside of the soles of the shoes slope inward, that is, they are wider where your feet are than where the soles hit the ground. Which means that if you put a little more weight on the outside of your foot, the shoe rolls outward. I rolled my ankle three times just wearing these around the house, and decided to stop before I sprained my ankle. I'm a big fan of Clarke's shoes, and I'm surprised they are selling these.

Super lightweight, kind of thin. Not good gardening shoes as far as heavy shovel work but overall these are super comfortable and super light. Easy to slip on.

Seems to run a bit big. Very comfortable, but probably not good for doing anything athletic.

Very light and comfortable but I had to drop down a full size from what I normally wear. I think they look great, perfect for those casual work days where I want to step up from my running shoes.

They were too big and just too loose at the heel. The heel is also too shallow

Fit as expected for size. Love these shoes to slip on with chino shorts or on my way to the golf course. Easy on. Easy off. Comfortable.

These are super comfortable shoes. I like the way they look they're lightweight for our gardening and digging with the shovel maybe not quite substantial enough but nonetheless these are very nice shoes.

Either this shoe is several sizes larger than advertised, or it is the single most poorly designed shoe I've ever worn. I had no idea a shoe could be uncomfortable in so many different places! The shoelaces don't contribute to keeping it on, only applying pressure to the top of your foot. The heel is so poorly secured, I have to walk slowly and deliberately until the second I can put them back into the mail. I've been a size 11 for 20 years, until I put on this shoe; now I have no idea what size I need to buy.

Apparently, "staying on one's foot" was not a design parameter for the Clarks design team. The heel is pathetically weak and the shoes will come off when even stepping up on a curb.
