What in the world is gong on with uggs? I've purchased more than a dozen pairs of uggs for my family over the years, and they've been great--until recently...Because I've always wanted to try this style, I decided to order them--specifically from zappos--due to the great customer service and return policies. Sadly, we've had several disappointments trying different uggs styles this year! These were probably the worse....it's like trying to walk on wood blocks! Quite heavy, and extremely stiff. Returning tomorrow.

I was very disappointed that within one day of wearing these cute slippers the insole fur was wearing off. Two bald patches, one on each foot. One expects a nice shearling from UGG. Whatever the insole is made of is not consistent with the UGG brand. The insole also detracts from the comfort expected from UGG.

I loved the shoe, but the thong restricted my feet from moving forward enough to keep my heel from reaching the edge of the back of the shoe which left too much room in front of the toe area. For me they were not comfortable to walk in. I did not order a size up as I did not want there to be more open area in front of my toes that might cause a balance problem.

Fits well, very comfy! Makes toes look long but they are house shoes so it’s fine.

Very pretty and comfortable

This is my 4th pair of the UGG Fluff Flip Flop Slippers. I wear slippers in the house 9 months out of the year and these are my go to slippers. The fit is perfect and the fur makes them so cozy. The fur will wear after multiple uses. I usually replace after a year of wearing them. I was able to get these on sale in Feb. I wish I had ordered more!!

Cutest thing ever! I now have summer and winter ugg slippers!

These sandals feel true to size. They are so soft and pretty!!! I will order another color if they go on sale too
