Nice looking footwear, comfortable and stylish!

These shoes felt true to size (14), are comfy, and look very good with both shorts or long pants and are a good option for lightweight summer wear. Also appreciate they come with both the leather ties and optional cloth ones as well. I found only three drawbacks and they are minor. First, the sole is a little stiff. Not at all uncomfortable, just not as much flex to them as I expected. Second, they do not grip the ground well and slid a bit on smooth surfaces. You're not going to fall flat on your face but do need to be a bit cautious in places with floors that are polished, well sanded, etc...Third, the end of my big toes and nails curl up a bit naturally. I keep them clipped very short and filed to compensate, but the softer canvas upper will show it if you don't keep things maintained. I also worry about the longer term longevity of the shoe and my toe/nail possibly rubbing a hole in the top over time.

I really wanted to like these, especially since I wasted a one time use $25 coupon on them. They were painfully narrow, and at least half a size small in length. Looked good tho.

Ordered this shoe for my son upcoming graduation. He’s 14 years old and is 5’7, wearing between shoe sizes 11-12. Surprisingly, this shoe is super big o fir him. I suggest going down half a size.

Looks great, but … Although shoe box was labeled 9.5 D the shoes were so narrow I could not get shoes on either foot. Labels inside shoe tongue say 9.5 but do not specify any width. Will have to return. I have 2 other pairs of 9.5 D Polo sneakers and they fit fine.

The first time it rains hard, these shoes will be ruined. The leather/suede decorative pieces on the front of the shoe will run brown dye all down the shoe - and nothing you do can remove it. I bought the white version, and the shoes looked horrible the first time they got wet. Terrible design by Ralph Lauren. Feeling pretty betrayed. An expensive lesson.
