Does not feel correct

Did not fit right

The shoe was HUGE. Too large and too wide.

Returning because they are too big. Disappointed because I like the style and comfort, but the smaller size is out of stock.

Ordered these and Clarks Ashland Lane Q as I needed a casual to office with slacks shoe. Honestly after trying the Ashland Lane Q nothing could beat them. I am returning this Ashland Effie as the fit was not the same. They just weren't as fabulous as the aforementioned shoe. Did not need two pairs so am returning the Effie.

I am finding that the Clark's shoes are no longer consistent in size. The wide shoes are inconsistent in the area of the instep. Some fit nicely but others are so large in that area that there is a big gap. It is frustrating. I have two pairs that i only wore once thinking it would be ok, but the movement in that are is uncomfortable. I wish they would work on that instep size.

I requested a size 5.5 M. I was sent a 10 W.

I loved the shoes but it is too big. I even tried thicker socks and decided I needed to return them.
