For reference I wear 9-9.5 in other brands but I always order an 8 in these ugg cozy knit slippers and other ugg boots. They're snug at first then after a few wears the shearling flattens , molding to your foot then theyre perfect. Unfortunately the pair I recieved seems bigger then usual, it seems due to the fur being shorter and not as thick. So I think it'll wear down faster. The sole was a lot harder, more stiff then my previous 3 pairs were. The quality is still good but not what I am used to and not worth $120. I returned them Zappos has fast, free returns and exchanges so doesn't hurt to try. It seems like some people have gotten good pairs

As much as I wanted these to fit they are just too loose. I normally wear a 6 and 1/2 so I purchased a six and a five. I am returning both. The actual foot part is loose probably from the knit. I have several other pairs of Ugg slippers and I love how they hug my feet. These not so much. They're kind of a struggle to keep on when I'm walking. So back they will go

I got a similar pair of Vionics to compare and ended up keeping the Vionics. The Uggs did not have enough support for me, and felt hard.

I’ve had several pair of Ugg slippers and they have all been fantastic - this pair however were TERRIBLE. I thought I would try a different style than normal and liked the knit look of this. However, the way the band (under the fluff) went over the top of the foot is suuuper uncomfortable and stiff. I realize the top band part of the Coquette style I’ve usually ordered meets the base of the slipper further back and therefore are much more comfortable. Returned these and ordering my tried and true favorite - The Coquette style.

I ordered two sizes in this slipper. My normal size was huge. I ordered a size smaller and it’s big too.

These were a terrible disappointment. After wearing (and being very happy with other UGG slippers) these felt cheap by comparison. The soles offered little protection from feeling the ground underneath my feet, The tops felt too tight over my foot, yet my foot slid side to side without any stabilization. Pay more and get the more expensive version - don't waste time and money on these.

I have worn this style of ugg slippers for about 12 years. And I wore them a lot! This is my third pair. They have changed something in the sole. They are hard as a rock and offer no cushioning or support. My daughter said the same thing about her newest pair. Whatever it is that they have changed is very very disappointing. I am now looking for a new brand of slippers. These aren’t comfortable at all!

returned an Ansley style and went with this, ordering a size larger than the Ansley that was too short in the toes this shoe, while cute and soft, felt like i was wearing a boat! i would like to try a smaller size, but the sole is SO INFLEXIBLE that i will just return it. too bad; loved the softness and coziness.

I LOVE my Uggs...in fact I stock pile...sort of...BUT lately especially specific to these Cozy Knits...after wearing about 2 weeks the heal padding has almost completely worn after...more on the left...I am so disappointed...I know I am hard on my slippers but I spend the monies on Uggs because of Plantar Fasciitis, Fibromylgia and Stage 4 Degenerative Bone Disease. What happen Uggs?? I will order another pair but go back to my Coquettes. AND as always...Zappos is awesome, with their one day delivery, and credit returns. THANK you Zappos!

Sent these back. Came from Amazon and not in an UGG box. Looked fake.
