Very Happy with this shoe. Just what I needed. Plain ballet flat will go with pants or leggings. Easy off and on for travel(airports) and walking. The toe shape makes them look a little "old lady Like".. But for the comfort and walking in them, they are perfect. Comfortable out of the box, no break in time which is a huge plus for me.

Comfortable to wear all day right out of the box

Sleek very comfortable. Nice leather. Shoe box too short so ordered a half size up. The longer pair came with discoloration on heels and toe so will be sending them back. Have every confidence Zappos will send the right size with perfect coloring.

This 6 1/2 WW is too wide for such a soft shoe for me. I often wear a 7W but other people have had success going shorter and wider so I thought I would try that. It does have an incredible and removable cushy foot pad. The arch support is excellent. I wish I could buy it separately to use in other shoes.

I have looked high and low for months for the perfect black flat shoe when I came across these Softwalk Sonoma flats and was skeptically excited. I ordered them knowing I could easily return them when they didn't work out. When I received them I was pleased with their appearance and immediately tried them on. They fit and felt comfortable but the real test is to wear them for a day. I did so and was thrilled that they were everything I was looking for. I wear a size 11W and I have bunions on both feet so the toe box is very important to my comfort. These shoes rubbed no blisters anywhere and I hardly knew I had shoes on. My only disappointment is that they are slightly bigger than expected but I can remedy that with inserts. My prayers have been answered with these flats.

Many thanks for your patience in sending me a variety of sizes for this shoe. I found the size 8 WW is a good fit ( much to my surprise ) It provides excellent arch support and cushioning. Actual shoe sizes --as opposed to the stated shoe size--vary so much from brand to brand, and style to style, your system of invariably reliable, rapid delivery and return is very much appreciated.

Fabulous shoes --- but too long ( ! ) I am going to go down to the 8 and see if that does the trick. Many thanks for your patience and speedy deliverance/return services

I wore these for an entire day for the first time. No blisters or rubbed areas! I am a teacher, so comfort is important. I will be ordering these in black. The light-color does allow the shoes to stain or get marks fairly easily.

I was looking for a comfortable flat that would work well with dresses. This will work well for my upcoming trip and also for work. It's a win win for me. The cushion in the sole and the arch support is nice.

10 WW. I really like this shoe. It goes with everything and is really comfortable. I have very wide feet, and a lot of shoes that are supposed to be "EE" or "WW" are not. I can dress this shoe up for work or wear it with jeans and a t shirt. I plan to order them in black as well.

I planned to wear these with socks. However, even with socks they were too large. Must return.

I loved the feel of the shoe and loved the arch support. The only problem was with the right shoe was too big, but the left shoe was just right. It felt like my right foot had a flip flop on. I might be my feet and not the shoe.

The flats felt very nice to wear, and I really like them. The shoes fit perfectly in front, but in the back it felt a bit large.

These shoes are beautiful. However, I think the problem is that shoe manufacturers are not using standard shoe sizes. I am so tired of buying and returning shoes. Pluses for this shoe (solely by sight and trying them on): they are pretty, the insole appears to provide arch support, and for me the height of the toe box appeared to be okay. Negatives for this shoe: while my feet, recently measured at a SAS shoe store, are an 11 Narrow, these shoes as a 12 Medium were excessively wide and about 3 sizes too long. Since I plan to either switch or replace the shoe's insoles with my orthotics, I'm hoping that I can purchase and successfully wear either an 11 medium or 11 narrow in this shoe. If not, I think my next step is to invest in custom made shoes.

Nowhere does the description mention that this black snake shoe has a silver background. Not a good look for me. Fit was good. I would order the same style in black but my size is not avaliable.

I loved these shoes but unfortunately pinched my toes. I think if I got a wide maybe would be ok but it was sold out.

The arch support was too far foward in this shoe for my foot. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the shoe is nice quality.

Liked the shoes but ran a little large. Will try to reorder 1/2 size down.

I usually take a size 11. Tried both a size 11 and 10.5. Both ran large. Arch support wasn't in the right place for my foot. It was too far back and hitting me in the heel. The shoes look very nice. I tried both regular and wide. The shoe widths seemed spot on. Used the size chart for fit on the second pair. Can't figure out why they were still too large? Sadly, I'll be returning them.
