I think these are adorable however they felt too snug. And, given that they kind of shape to your foot, they looked too small. I ordered a half size larger and I hope they work out

These are surprisingly comfortable and a little more funky than your average black flat.

I love the look of this shoe and it has pretty good support. My problem with the fit is that I wear a 9WW because I have a very wide toe box, but not a WW heal. The WW fit for the front part of this shoe was perfect, but it slipped in the heal even with a few different heal supports. I wanted them to work so badly.

I have a long narrow foot. Ordered the 10.5 N but walked right out of the shoe on the first step. Too bad, i liked the style and the cool airy fabric upper.

Fit well, has nice arch support, the slightly stretchy fabric works well with my bunion. I'm not ctazy about the angle across the top of the shoe, but that might be another reason that the shoe works well with my lousy bunion. They are a keeper for me!

Unfortunately the back of the shoe kept coming off my foot. I tried a size smaller and it didn’t fix the problem. Just squished my toes more.... very pretty shoes otherwise.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these shoes. They are comfortable and do have a little bit of arch support -- more than comparable styles from other brands. My quibbles with them are that the back of the shoe chafes my heel a little bit and that they are definitely not colorfast. I wore little footies with these and the red bled all over them. I'm still pretty happy to wear them as long as I always wear that same pair of footies with them.

I loved the look of this shoe but the heel is wide and my foot walks out of the shoe.

I really loved the look of these shoes. I ordered my regular size, 8N but my toes were touching the end. I returned them for 8.5N which were better but now a bit sloppy. Because I really wanted to keep them, I bought heel pads to snug them up. I've worn them around the house several times and finally had to admit that because I wanted them so much, I was overlooking the obvious.......they just didn't fit my foot right. Sadly I have to return them and keep looking. Thanks to Zappos once again for their generous return policy.

The only comment that I wanted to share with others is that the heel part is very stiff and I wish it were more flexible. Runs true to size and width. I am keeping these but probably would not buy again. Since I only wear them for a couple of hours at a time they are fine.

These shoes are wider than a narrow, particularly in that critical heel area. I would describe them as a generous size 6 in length. They were very comfortable but simply would not stay on my foot. Sadly, I am returning them as I seem to do with most 6N shoes today. Sizes are not very reliable anymore. I have worn this brand for many years and the current 6N size is longer and wider than shoes of previous years. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service and for allowing me to try these shoes.

These shoes were too wide in the heel for me. I'm sorry I had to return them because they were very comfortable otherwise - very cushy insole, and I liked the way they looked on.

I had to return this item. I ordered an 8 1/2 N, but the shoe was too wide.

did not like the slant look

Unfortunately, I was not even able to get my foot into this 6W shoe. It was definitely not "Wide". Back they went.

I loved the look and fit of these shoes but after wearing them less than 30 minutes, they rubbed blisters on the back of both heels. Not a size problem but the heel of the shoe has a high rise that didn’t work for my feet. Returned them.

I wear a narrow but even in the narrow my heel slipped out.

Developed blisters on both heel backs within 10 minutes of wearing. Sending them back.

Very cute. This particular one seems to run small. Had to return but purchased same style, Different color and sized up ...to be continued...

This shoe was much wider than other narrow Softwalk shoes I have. I wear an 8 narrow in most brands; this narrow was too wide in the heel and in mid-shoe. I am returning these.

I was hoping these shoes would be a bit softer and more flexible, to accommodate my bunion and foot issues. Is a beautiful shoe, but does not work for me, had to return.

These shoes are a lot better looking on Zappos then they are in person. I wear a size 8 and these were very tight in the toe. Half size, maybe more. They are going back as I don't think this brand is a good fit for my feet.

Really cute and comfy. Unfortunately, one shoe fit perfect and the other was too big. Like everyone else, my feet are slightly different sizes, but I don't usually get this much of a difference in fit. I'm bummed because I really wanted for them to work. I usually wear a 7.5, but ordered 8s due to other reviews. I suggest you order a half size up, and that they will fit you better.

These shoes are gorgeous. I love the two tone color and the interesting fabric. I really wanted them to work, but because of a very padded insert they run very small. At the same time the side of the shoe runs into the bone onto the outside of my foot making them painful. I figured this would be worse in a larger shoe so I didn’t bother trying another size. Sad!

I had first ordered this show in the beige color in an 8N which I typically wear. It was very cushy and cute but it was too short. I changed my mind on color and ordered the burgundy in an 8-1/2 N thinking it should be perfect. Unfortunately it was too short. So I then decided to try a 9N in the burgundy, which was unusual as I never wear a size 9. I received it and it was way too big! The color and styling is nice, but seems to be the luck of the draw on sizing standards. For the price there should be more consistency. Too bad because I liked the shoe, but I've given up!
