I have multiple pairs of Uggs and have never ran across this problem - I can not even get my foot into the boot. I have narrow feet and I can't manage to get my foot into this no matter what I do. Top area over metatarsal of foot is insanely tight. Super cute, not realistic.

I just cannot get over the fact that these boots are not returnable. It's true I have not bought a new pair of Uggs for 5 years and now I don't think I'll be buying ANYMORE. The boots run too snug you cannot break them in because you cannot get your foot inside of them. I'm not sure what happen to Ugg from 10, 20, 25 years ago but they are not the same boots or company. I'm so sorry.

Try before you buy! This would be my 6th pair of classic Ugg boots. All of them are size 7. This is my first pair of "minis" and I can't get my foot inside the boot! I called Ugg within 20 minutes of receiving them, and they could not offer me an exchange to a different shoe or a size up. I'm disappointed that I'll be unable to wear them, as I go them for a great price and they were really cute!

Stinks- uggs changed their boot narrowing thru the arch area. Couldn’t even get them on. Why would they do this. 3- of us tried to get this boot on and couldn’t cause they narrowed it through the instep. I ordered (4) pairs of these hoping one would work and no such luck. This really sucks. And this is all the uggs, they changed all the styles. I have 8-10 pair of Uggs the older pairs and when they go that will be it. This really sucks..........
