I wanted the Premium insoles but there were none on the website so I ordered these. Not as well made as the Premiums and they are WAY too "fluffy". Not sure but I might have to cut them back some to allow for the extra fleece. Won't buy again, will wait for Premiums.

They're not what they used to be. I used to be able to buy these inserts and prolong my Uggs for another year. They squish down too fast and they don't feel like the original ones that came with the slippers. SAD.. I really love my Ugg slippers and spend a lot of time in them.. but quality of replacement inserts has really deteriorated in recent years -- like everything else... raise the price, lower the quality.

This is the second time I have bought these insoles from you and they did not have the UGG label on the top of the sole as in your picture either time. When they arrive they are thick and fluffy but flatten very very quickly which is disappointing. My husband and I have had several pairs of UGG SLIPPERS and the leather isn't even the quality it used to be. Although I have answered the next question in the affirmative I am undecided whether I would recommend this product.

the heal transition although not substantial was noticeable on the first try. one of the soles appeared to have the wool trimmed on the outside edge so I was returning anyway. disappointed in the design and quality control.

Had to return because my uggs don't have removable insoles. You should show which shoes they fit.

Previous to this purchase on inserts I bought unisex sneakers ca805 but found they had no sheepskin or any inserts so my feet were freezing. They were a mens size 7.5/womens 8.5 but the inserts were wayyyy to big for the sneaker. Waste of $!

I ordered these thinking I could give new life to my super worn out coquette slippers. They're just too big and have a real shoe insole so they don't slip into the slipper as I was hoping. I'll keep them and try them in another pair of shoes but was bummed they didn't work as I intended.

Purchased as an insert for some older lined shoe boots. Fit is fine. Shearling is nice and thick. The only problem is on the underside. There is thin heel. This has a separation line which is quite uncomfortable when worn. The product could be greater improved by simply making the liner straight without the heel.

These don't last. They have no smell, but I've cleaned them a few times as suggested and still the inside is destroyed after one year of very limited use.

They don’t make them how they used to. One of the insoles fur is thinner than the other ?. You can definitely notice the difference from older insoles to these current ones.

I purchased replacement sheepskin insoles for my house slippers. The insoles I received were not the same as original insoles, or the insoles pictured on the website. They almost seem like a knock off insole. I'm sure they are ugg brand, but they are definitely not the same as the insoles that came in the slipper.

There is nothing wrong with the product BUT. I bought these for my standard Ugg boots and Not sure if these are even the correct replacement insoles for them. Removing the old ones requires using butter knife to lift or rip out the old ones which are glued down. The new ones have a thicker sole and don’t really lay down flat in the boot so both have a slight crease and make the booted tighter than before.

Just had surgery and thought they would help ease recovery, but they sole turned hard in a sort time.

Great at start but after a week starting to fall apart. Clumps of wool coming undone

The quality of the inserts has really gone down since I initially purchased these slippers. Not nearly as much support

Not comfy like the originals that came with my UGGs.

I have Size 12 Men's Ascot slippers. I ordered a Size 12 insole replacement and it is too long and too wide for the slipper. I called Cust Service and was immediately asked if I would want to try a size smaller. Do they run a full size too large, I asked? Vague answer. Are there insoles specific to the slipper? No, they are a generic Size 12 Men's insole. Can I expect the Size 11 to fit the Size 12 slipper? Can't say. There is a FAQ on web site with a link to which shoes the insoles fit but the link does not work so no luck there. I'm trying the Size 11 but am not optimistic. It's frustrating that there is nothing definitive on web site, or from a Cust Serv rep, about whether there are replacement insoles for slippers and what size to order. And given the price of the slippers, it's further frustrating that there is not a specific replacement insole readily available. The slippers are still in good shape but unwearable without insoles; I will not replace them if the Size 11 insoles do not fit - I will look for a different brand instead.

I have attempted to remove the insert that's in my UGG boot, but nothing comes out and when I placed the new insert in my shoe I can barely fit my foot in. Am I doing something wrong?

I was disappointed that a very good brand known for quality would send an item that doesn't represent advertisement
