has a rather narrow and pointed toe box

I really wanted to love this shoe. The style is cute and lowercut heel was comfortable for me but it was too narrow in the toe box..

I was looking for the comfort of a sneaker, but slightly more stylish. This fit the bill for looks, but was a little too narrow for the comfort level I wanted. Minor point - the laces didn't seem like they would stay tied very well.

I ordered a half size larger...sometimes that makes a difference in toe box size, but it didn't help this time. That said, over the years I have noticed a gradual narrowing of toe boxes across the board...not just UGG....WHY IS THAT???? Is it for fashion's sake or does it make for cheaper manufacturing?? Whatever the reason...my toes like room and honestly I don't want to end up with bunions or calluses because of making poorly engineered shoes. I like everything about these shoes except for the fit and that's what's most important ESPECIALLY IN CASUAL SHOES. BACK THEY GO.
