Perfect, right out of the box. Easy to get on and off with side zipper. There is room to tuck in lightweight pants or leggings with my average size, not slim, calves. Flexible sole makes it easy to walk in than boots with leather soles.

Beautifully made, really wanted to love these. They were a Christmas gift for my daughter. However, they were quite narrow and tight around the ankles. They look great, not your usual flat UGGs. Sorry we had to return due to size. They just didn't fit. :(

Bottom line, I love these boots!!
From an elementary school teacher: on my feet-miles a day, including recess, and car duty in the cold. These Ugg/Lorna win!! I must add, they are great dressed up a little or with jeans tucked in.
Fyi: I ordered a half size up-thinking I would need a thicker sock. (Not necessary, these give a little after you wear them a couple of times.) Zappos, thank you for being patient with me until I found gold!

I was looking for comfortable and warm boots for my 9 day trek through Switzerland and subzero temps. I’ve never owned a pair of Uggs so I was hesitant. These boots were so comfortable after walking miles and miles (even new out of the box) and my feet never got cold even when walking through snow. I highly recommend these boots!

I was especially looking for an overall boot that fit well, is flexible, while not being too stiff. This pair fits the bill on all counts! I normally order a narrow width, but with wearing warm socks, my feet fit comfortably with the medium width of the boots. I look forward to wearing them this winter! A special “thank you” goes to the person I spoke with by phone, who graciously assisted me with a couple of questions I had re: the ordering process.

I really didn't need another expensive pair of Ugg's but I bought these anyway. I wear a 7.5-8 and purchased a 7.5 in these and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable right out of the box. They are great for dressing up a bit for winter weather. I have a very flat foot and Ugg's work great for me. I don't like wearing a thick sock during the winter so if you prefer a thicker sock, I'd size up 1/2 size. I feel the boots are warm enough.

My husband got me the black boots and I liked them so well I ordered the brown also...I love the style and love that they are waterproof...I wear a 6 1/2 medium and they fit perfect, I will wear a light sock with them. Just a great boot and they don't feel so klunky like some other Ugg boots.

I live in the frozen tundra of MinneSnowta. It is cold and snowy Oct - April. The classic Ugg boots get salt lines from all the salt used on roads and sidewalks here. These are perfect! Waterproof, comfortable, still stylish yet practical. I literally wear them almost everyday. Love them so so much and have recommended to my sisters and friends!

I have always been a dedicated Brooks boot lover. The Lorna is a lighter boot and amazingly comfortable. I like the zip up side and the comfort is just as expected.

I LOVE these boots. I bought them for a trip to NYC at the end of November when it was supposed to be cold and rainy. First day I wore them, I walked over 14 miles and my feet didn't hurt a bit. It was very cold and rainy, but my feet were dry and toasty. So happy with this purchase. They needed zero breaking in, fit like a dream, and are super comfortable. Came home from NYC and left to the Grand Canyon the next day where it was snowing. Again, wore these boots and was so happy I did. Everyone else was complaining of cold feet, but mine were warm and dry. I did slip on a wet grate, but otherwise I felt like these had a very good grip in wet conditions. I was able to walk through icy snow without sliding all over the place.
