I absolutely loved the style and materials. However, the first day I wore these one of the tassles that is attached to the zipper tore. It is hard to zip these up without the tassle so I have to get creative to zip them up. I know I can exchange these but I hate to go through the hassle of returning items via mail.

I usually where a 6 and they ran too big. I did try the ugg insert (purchased separately) with the 6 and they were still too big slipping at the heel. I returned for the 5.5 which is fine with thinner socks and no ugg insert. I kept the 5.5. I won't be able to add the ugg insert and I'll need to wear thinner socks. Not ideal for me for winter use. They aren't super comfortable so I'm not sure how they will feel on long wears. I wish the insert would fit and they would be perfect! The strange sizing on these may be why they are on sale.

Great for evening out

I like the look of the boots but definitely not for me. They're too tight and they definitely look too long for my feet. Unfortunately they're going back.

The style was cute, heel height great, the the leather n soles are not flexible tooo stiff tried wetting them nothing I can do to soften the m up. Any suggestions please let me know if I could return them I would.

Might be cute for smaller sizes, but as an 11 it suffers from what many larger size shoes do: they’re assuming you also have large ankles/calves. Way too clunky and loose around top.
