The fit in the shoe bed looks a half size larger so I would reccomend that you not go up in size when you order. I love the concept of Ugg over the knee boots! However these boots are awkward fitting. There's extra slouching and an enormous amount of space and material in the around the ankles and the footbed of the shoe looks awkwardly long. The one plus is that they fit my larger than typical calf and thigh but because of the awkward looking fit these will have to be returned.

Love the boots. Unfortunately they are too baggy around the ankles. Also, the boot goes over the bend in the back of my knee so when I bend my knees to walk or sit, the boots feel uncomfortable. Sadly, I have to return them. I am 5'3" with muscular calves. I wear size 8.5 and purchased a size 9 since UGG does not sell boots in half sizes.

I loved these boots out of the box. I loved the style and overall look. They were not wide enough for me though which was a bummer! I really wanted these to work :-(. NOT for an actual wide calf. My calf measures about 17 inches.

Hello Zappos customers this was my experience. This morning after receiving them at 9am suade color and length looks excellent, but the real deal the foot bed is poorly made especially coming from uggs 2- they are not warm at all nothing on the inside 3- I wear a 10 all day and I read how they were made large and if your a size get them a size smaller Not !!!! I have a normal size 10 foot not wide not skinny not fat average calf's I'm a nikey gurl when it comes to sneakers I wear the Frye thigh high boots so anyway so after reading all about their big they falling down can't hold up not true the night was super tight on the footbed I could even walk it's not warm at all in the footbed to not a winter boot if your used to uggs like me doesn't even compare to the traditional uggs I normally wear slippers boots ex I have an arch that's not a problem at all if you wanna get these get your size know there not warm to walk around time square and to go see the Christmas tree At all, cute yes not warm and cuffy at all they so if your feels fat or chubby or if you legs or big big like fat big it's a no on I hav thick legs 5'9 weight 180 they fit me perfectly but the footbed is true to size a 9 is a 9 a 10 is a 10 for all you average leg foot people So I would hav gotten a 10 but their not warm or cuffy at all for me hope this helps this is my true EXPERIENCE ???? These boots looked good in the picture however in person the fit was awful. I have an above average calf in size and they were unbelievably huge on me. They buckled and slouched so badly I didn't even bother trying both boots on. Needless to say I was shocked as I have other Ugg high boots that fit fine and the one boot I tried on did feel comfortable. I was looking for a flat suede high boot and thought this would be it. I wanted a boot with a zipper so I wouldn't have to fight to get it on and take it off. Unfortunately they did go back the same day I received them!

I received a pair with a defect on the fabric inside the instep of one boot that was very irritating. That being said, I found the other reviews calling out the problematic styling of the top of the boot behind the knee accurate. The heavy elastic is stiff and hits at a very uncomfortable point when the knee is bent even when walking. Sitting requires pulling the boot down so it "slouches" but the leather and zipper are not soft enough to avoid the feeling of digging into the calf and ankle. They feel true to size but walk stiffly. They look great standing still but I'm all about comfort for daily wear. UGG makes my favorite classic boot and has returned to a true sheepskin insole as opposed to the very unpleasant UggPure insole so I think this "fashion" boot is an aberration of styling. Stick with the classics from UGG - it's what they do best.

I wear an 8 in regular Uggs, so that’s what I ordered. Very cute boots but I returned them because I could not fit my foot inside the boot at all unfortunately.

No human has calves this wide. They look horrible all slouched down and misshapen. Not up to UGG standards by far.

These boots slouch down horribly. I'm no string bean, but unless you have elephant legs, they will be way too big!
