toe box was smaller than I was expecting. Sadly, i'll be returning because of comfort but loved the color and look. The ankle part is also very comfortable and easy to get on and off my toes just kept hitting the front.

Saw these in a Zappos email, I couldn't find them online but I called and in true Zappos customer service fashion they went above an beyond trying to locate them for me. Ordered and delivered next day, gotta love that! Unfortunately the color was not what I was looking for, definitely more brown than I wanted. If I didn't already by a black bootie with a wood heel I would purchase in black.

These are nice looking boots. I’m so happy to get stylish boots in narrow sizes. I liked them so much I got a pair in cinnamon and one in black.

Love the look of these boots but the Wide was unfortunately not wide enough for my foot. The rest of the shoe felt good, but the width in the front of the boot was somewhere between a M and W and not a roomy Wide.

The color taupe is much lighter and more grey than the pic-I thought it had a mauve undertone which is what I was looking for so I returned them

The shoe was very cute- the stacked heel looks really nice. I wasn’t a huge fan of the seaming on the upper (there’s a seam the runs down the middle and makes a right angle towards the arch), just a design thing I personally didn’t love. My main issue with this shoe was the arch support- I don’t think I have super flat feet, but the arch support in this shoe was crazy intense. Felt like I would have gotten bruised on my arch had I worn these all day.

wanted to like these, but I found them stiff, and they looked very "plain" in person. The front of the boot was still and uncomfortable against my ankle. At this price point, "just ok" isn't good enough.

I really wanted to LOVE the boots. I LOVE the style. I need wide shoes but they totally missed the Wide issue. They made the heel wide and the toe area narrow. These are going back.

Hoped this would be the boot for the season but it was a tight fitting in the arch and I did not like the round column stacked heel.

Beautiful boot, but very tight. It was a "Wide" but fit like a medium --or even a narrow, it was that tight in width. Too bad, had to return.
