These boots were way too big for the size recommended by Zappos' calculator. The boot was extremely stiff. The leather didn't give at all. The ball of my foot landed in entirely the wrong spot inside the boot and was very uncomfortable for the first minute. I returned it immediately. I ordered brown color and it was more orangey brown than I liked. two stars are for it being leather and for ease of getting it on and off.
