Wide in the heel and narrow across the toe

I have purchased the Propet Washable Walker multiple times and they always fit me perfectly. This shoe fits nothing like that. I wish Propet would make another style that fits the same as that style. This shoe was so narrow that it wasn't possible to evaluate the length or arch support. I couldn't wait to pry it off of my foot.

They're cute shoes. And I needed waterproof tennis shoes. But the wides are NOT wide. I had to order a XX-Wide. The wide were too narrow and hurt my feet.

I love the look of the shoe but it's quite heavy and was way too small. Will not reorder in a larger size.

Nice to find shoes that are wide enough for my feet! Just slightly big and not quite enough arch support but those can be corrected with inserts and thicker socks. Comfort and style is perfect! I was excited to find a somewhat feminine outdoor shoe. Because of my wide feet I usually have to buy a mens shoe. I gave it a one star for overall because there is a stain on one of the shoes, that was very dissapointing. Should have been checked before reshipping. I am not comfortable sending it back because how would I prove that I didn't do it! They are outdoor shoes and chances are I would put a stain on them eventually....And I am desperately in need of these!

Definitely cute, but Toe bed is not wide enough

These are very stiff and immediately hurt the balls of my feet. I am usually a 10Wide, but these felt snug. Cute, but not comfortable, therefore not good for walking/hiking! I will return.

This shoe is NOT an E at all! This shoe is narrower than most medium width shoes I have. If you are looking for a wide, don't purchase this.

Even though I ordered a wide they were too narrow in the toe box. I have bunions and I hike so good hiking boots are hard to find. They need to be stretchy across the toe box, which these were not. They were in fact, some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. I usually do well with New Balance Foam walking shoes in a 8.5 or 9 Wide, but New Balance does not make the hiking shoe I am looking for with better lugs for scrambling up and down hills.

These would not even be a wide, more like a med width. I couldn’t even get my toes in.

Way too narrow for a 2E.

I normally wear a size 8.5,W. Based on other reviews, I bought size 9, 2E and I'm glad I did. Definitely needed the extra half size and extra width. They were comfortable to wear right out of the box, sturdy and well cushioned. Another reviewer mentioned hers had black marks on them. One of mine has a small sticky black mark on the top. No idea what it is but not enough of a concern to return them. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice looking shoe. I ordered same size and width as New Balance, which I wear all the time, but this Propet shoe is too narrow and too short in the toe box.

I wear a 2E and this shoe felt like I was trying to squeeze my foot into a B width. I have ordered lots of Propet brand shoes and this was the first time the width was way off. Too bad because the shoe is nice otherwise.

I didn't like the interior of the shoe that there is a flap that could irritate the wearer.

Sizing is WAY off. I wear Propet shoes all the time, always a size 7.5 in 2e width. Ordered that size and couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe. Reordered in size 9.5! Length finally was ok, but these shoes are NOT a 2e width - more like a D width. Returned 2nd pair & gave up. Too bad because shoe looked good and would have been good for winter in the Midwest where I live. It might work for you if your foot isn’t as wide as mine and if you size UP at least a whole size.

Pretty shoes, but the 2E extra wide width wasn’t wide enough, and it felt a half size too small. Wish they had fit because they’re really pretty.

Too small! I ordered my typical running size (already 1/2 size up) and in the wide width and they were snug in all respects even with thin socks. They felt sturdy but were out of stock in a larger size.

I have had them now for a couple of weeks. A 2E width has always been my go to even though my 6 1/2 size foot is small. I am still trying to stretch the width out, loosening all the laces and wearing them a couple of hours a day. I don't know if the left will ever be right. I am left handed. The right is satisfactory. The left where the stitches come together against the bone on my baby toe constantly irritates.

These didn't fit well at all, and I felt they had no arch support.

I'm typically a size 5. I ordered these in a 6. I guess I should have ordered a size 7. And the interior was Not comfortable. Too bad because I liked the look, the price & I could really have used them.

I was so excited to find a 2X wide stylish hiking boot, but they clearly don't understand widths at all. This is narrower than some regular width shoes and wide shoes that I've tried. They are getting returned, very disappointed. So hard to find a real wide width.

Craftsmanship is not good. Wore this pair of boots one morning and there are seams already stretched and pulling apart. Not sturdy.

I wear wide widths in really structured shoes like these, and the wide felt not wide at all. My entire forefoot was really squeezed and the toe box was not at all roomy in size 8, which is 1/2 size larger than my feet actually measure but what I always wear in boots. I tried these in the extra wide from another site and they really weren't much better. No wiggle room in the toe area, which just won't work in a hiking shoe. Too bad, because they look really cute.
