I use in the car when driving on those cold days when I don't have to worry about the gloves getting wet. They are warm and comfortable!

Love these gloves! Keeps your hands warm. Columbia has also improved on the touch screen material and it works decently to unlock a smartphone. I like that they added the touch pads to both the thumb and the pointer finger.

These gloves sound like they would be warm... but not so. They are pretty good down to about 30 but below that, they are pretty cold. Good driving gloves; not so good when its cold. They also run big... error on the small side.

I have medium sized hands for a woman (I thought) so I went with a mens small, and there is still enough room to put a pair of liners underneathwhich, might I add, you are going to need if you get temps like Northern MI does (not talking Traverse City) and have to spend any length of time outside.

Didnt feel like my hands were cold enough. Was out in 30 degree weather for a christmas parade for 2 hours and my hands were cold.

These gloves are very comfy and warm. Only gets 4 stars though because the cell phone finger tips are pretty weak. VERY hard to use with cell phone

Had a pair for myself and really liked them and bought two more for family members. One pair medium and the other large. BUT both were the same size - LARGE, even though one was tagged medium. I know the one tagged medium was NOT because mine are medium and both of the new ones were too big for me and by all looks were the same size - LARGE. Rather then send back, I gave them to intended recipients and they really like them. So, no problem!

These gloves were a great purchase, I needed something that was warm and light weight. This glove does that for me, it's well made, the quality is great, the standard I expect from a Columbia product! This is a good buy.

These gloves fit true to size which is hard to find for me, guess I have odd sized hands. They keep me warm in subzero weather with light activity. If they get wet they lose their effectiveness greatly, which is understandable given the material they are made with. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the touch screen compatibility, it doesn't work well. I have tried it on my phone (Samsung Note 9) my tablet (Samsung Tab S4) and my laptop (Dell Latitude) and also have tried on my wife's IPhone 8. Neither the thumb or the index fingers works. I thought it might be the screen protector which is why I tried them on my Dell since there isn't one installed. It is a minor inconvenience and one I can certainly live with since they are, otherwise, great gloves.

I like these gloves even though they are slightly large in size. I consider these a mid-weight glove and they are good for keeping my hands warm the the temps are in the 40's. Also, they work well with the touch screen on my phone. I purchased the Graphite color. I also like the softness of these gloves and use them when driving my car on cold mornings. The size is a bit larger than I prefer but they go on and come off easily.

Based on other Columbia gloves I have, I ordered a size L. They were way too big. I exchanged them at a Columbia outlet store (they were very accommodating) for a size M. Those fit better but still seem a little big. Small is probably too small. They are comfortable and with the Omni-Heat lining, are very warm.

First off, these gloves keep my hands quite warm for 20-40 minutes, even when the temperature dips below 30. Plus, the touch screen capability works VERY well! Finally, they wash very easily (I just hand-washed in a clean sink, then hung them up to air dry.
However, two things to keep in mind: they look very casual, so they're tough to pull off with a suit and formal overcoat; and, the fingers run a little long (and the gloves, overall, may run a bit larger than size), so keep that in mind.

Lightweight but not as warm as I hoped with the reflective lining. Bought a omniheat jacket too. It seems more effective. The way these are sized, makes me think they are made to wear with an additional thin glove. I think the fast trek gloves fit better & are just as warm, if not better.

Used mainly for walking, at 30 with 25 mph wind my hands were warm. They are lined with the silver insulation Columbia uses in their jackets so they're lightweight, non-bulky and slide on easily. I have not tested for waterproof or touchscreen ability.
Manufacturer recommends wiping them down to clean, not to wash.
They are very slightly oversized.
They are perfect for my use.

Very warm gloves for the weight. Appear well made. The touch screen fingertips work good until your phone screen is below 45 degrees.

These gloves are light, comfortable, and effective against moderate cold temperatures. Not really designed for active wear but can keep your hands warm on long walks. They are also easy to pack.
