I bought two pair, one for my son and one for my wife. They don't quite fit right. It says on the sight if you are a 1/2 size then to get the next size up. Well, that size is too big. But there is no way the size down would even fit on their feet. So this causes them to slip on your heel. If they actually made half sizes I believe the issue would be resolved. The question below about size is not really valid.

I ordered the size I always do and they are to big ..I have 2 other pair that fit perfect both of these do not . To bad but not going thru hassle of returning!

Not what I expected. Too wide in the toe area. And no matter what I do the left shoe keeps slipping off and gives me a blister on my heel.

Flimsy, not much attention to detail, random strings hanging of, glue for the sole is just protruding from the sides from the sole, not very comfortable.

The back of these shoes causes blisters and were poorly designed compared to the first pair i bought. Waste of 90 bucks for two pairs i can't wear.

They run tight need to return for size 14

I'm still waiting on my exchange more than 2 weeks later.

I ordered womans shoes and got Mens the shipping back is very difficult to do. Other than that I like the shoes. Please do something for this.

Very disappointed! The shoes look great, but that is as far as I can go with the positive. The shoes are the most uncomfortable things I have ever put on my feet. The insole is thin and not comfortable at all. I ordered the same size I wear in just about every shoe and they fit for the first 10 minutes then stretched so much that they barely stay on.

Shipping was terrible. I ordered 3 items at the same time. Things were shipped separately which I do understand. However, packaging was different with each pair of the 3 shoes I ordered. One came in a shoe box the others just packaging. I received a delivered receipt but 1 pair of shoes was placed at neighbors. Tracking did not help. No picture of delivery site. I called to confirm no help with costumer service. I had to go over and ask my family's neighbors if they received any packages. The whole process was more work than necessary. I will never order on line from your company again. I will shop at stores that carry for better results. Buying a gift and expecting it to arrive like the other in the same order should not be so difficult on the consumer.

Well, I ordered a pair that were on sale, they arrived I opened the bag and they were in a "Keep this bag for returns" bag. no box. The soles were dirty and one of the shoes sits weird. I tried starting a return within 15 minutes of getting the shoes and got an automatic these are not eligible for return message. I contacted customer service, explained and they want pictures of the defects and won't address my concerns that these are used shoes.

The shoes were shipped with flaws and I had to return them, which was not a great process.

Comfortable sole but the heel was cut too low and caused slippage when wearing. Out of four pairs Ive purchased, this is the only one I have sent back. Maybe its a one off I have no idea. Ill be swapping them for another pair someday if I ever her back from their customer service.
