I bought these for my boyfriend who loves them. But he was thinking a bigger size so I tried to just exchange them for a bigger size and was told I couldn't. I didn't want to return them for money back; just exchange sizes. I was really bummed that they wouldn't accommodate and now my guy is hoping that they are just new and will stretch a bit. I think you need to restructure the "exchange" policy as that is not the same as a "return".

Very light. Could be a little more cushion. They will definitely be the lazy wear to the store on the weekends.

I always wear size 15, but these were way too small and I tried to return them, and apparently they do not return or exchange final sale items. That was the first and last time I will purchase Hey Dude Shoes. I ordered Croc Loafers

Not what you advertised. Had them 3 weeks and souks are already wearing thin!

They arent as comfortable as I thought or heard they were and they squeak a lot.

Just know this model is not designed to be worn without socks. Interior material is much more prone to blisters........not disappointed, just not as skin friendly as my other 5 pairs

Not a bad shoe. It would fit a lot better if it ran in half sizes. It fits tight on the toes.Comfort wise its pretty good. Not the most comfortable shoe I've ever had but pretty good.

These shoes are very comfortable but have zero support. 2nd time wearing them my foot rolled completely out of the shoe while simply walking in my home. Suffered a fractured foot. Doctor said not to wear them again due to lack of support.

Love the shoes but the pair I ordered didnt fit (couldnt return because it was a sale item). This was an order that I had returned prior and ordered 1 size bigger...the bigger size was not much different from the prior pair aka didnt fit. So now we are stuck with a size 15 Mens shoe that fits no one. Frustrating

Shoes are way undersized and it appears the mail has lost the ones I returned. I'll have to take this up with my credit card company because there's no way to talk to anyone at heydude and I'm definitely not paying for 2 sets of shoes.

So the shoes are great, but you need to work on your packaging where the shoes are protected more from box cutters at the post office. Since they were just in a plastic bag, we received the package split open and the box cutter had even split the sole of the shoe. Maybe if they were shipped in a box, it would help. Still waiting on resolution of our issue with your company and whether we need to talk to the post office or what.

Very lightweight. Would be extremely comfortable except they run too small. My foot is a 12.5 so I bought size 13. Width is fine but too short to the point of discomfort.

The sole is tru to fit but the fabric for the shoe is shorter than the sole making the size fit too small. Have to go up a size but might be too big. Half sizes may be a good alternative
