I ordered 2 pair size 8 for my daughter and I and they are more like a 9 or 9.5 so be cautious when ordering and my mail people lost my package so now I can't even return both pair :/

These fell apart. The plastic on the end of the shoelace came off. Material is separating already. So so cheap. Do not waste your money. These are already the Chinese knockoffs.

Company has cool shoes but absolutely atrocious customer service. I had issues with 3 of my 4 purchases over the last years and they dont care. Twice I ordered shoes on sale and after 30-45 days of receiving no communication from them I finally had to contact them to ask where my shoes where. They were like oh, we dont have them. I asked for replacement shoes and they said sure at full price.

You sent me the wrong color The shoes you sent me are beige I just kept them instead of going through the trouble of sending them back

Had issue with order placement and shipping. Attempted to contact customer service via email and phone. Email was answered weeks after being sent!!! There is no ability to contact the actual company via phone. Customer service is NON EXISTENT!!!

I still have not received the package and it has been sitting in the status with a shipping label for a month and no one will respond to my emails

Slim and under sized fit. Sole is narrow. Under cushioned support for walking.

I wear a size 11 and they run a size smaller than all the others I order. Make sure you go up a size on this shoe.

Trying to get a return slip because I was shipped the wrong shoe and I have talked to 2 people and neither have assisted me correctly. It's aggravating... especially when recently I've purchased quite a bit from Hey Dudes.

Super frustrating returns- We bought 2 pair of shoes. Neither fit my son. We followed the instructions on returning shoes and never heard back from Hey Dudes. We were willing to try other styles and hoping to get some money back... a really frustrating and expensive experience!

I haven't worn them yet. Still trying to make them swell. They are size 14 (supposedly) so that's as big as I could get. Returned another pair I ordered with this pair but returned because of even smaller size. Supposed to have a credit but have no idea where it is, what it is, or how to use it. I have communicated this plight previously but still have no response.

The color is ugly and not the same as the picture. I returned. No easy with no number to call. Still need longer laces for my others but emails are not answered.

My son loves Hey Dudes, but buying from the actual company is a disappointment! The shoes I recieved are damaged and I have tried for aprox 2-3 weeks to get someone to help me with and exchange or refund, but still have not heard back from them. RUINED CHRISTMAS GIFT!

Sorry would of rated 5 star but got sent the wrong size. I ordered a size 9 and got an 8. The whole family love these shoes. Hopefully they will send the right size since how it was a Xmas gift and now it's too late for that.

Get cheap, looks cheap only ordering since Im stuck with a store credit.
