I spent hard earned money for a "better brand", the Etip and skin hugging comfort. The seams in the left thumb blew out in the first month, right thumb seams the second month. Poor Quality for the price!

i bought these gloves about 2 months ago. they were a little expensive $45 but i figured hey i can use my phone outside and not freeze my fingers off lets give it a shot so i bought them. they worked great for about 2 months now the ETIP no longer works i have to touch it at some weird angle to get them to work and i end up having to take my glove off to use my phone. honestly i would recommend just getting a no name brand and saving your money. maybe if northface would replace the gloves when the ETIP stopped working or make it so the etip lasted longer i woudl reccomend buying them. i dont wanna spend $45 every 2 months.

I don't know if they've recently changed the material, but I bought these 2yrs ago when I have my iPhone 4 and it worked fine. But it does not work with my iPhone 5S now - still works with my old iPhone 4 and iPad, but not the newer iPad mini or iPhone 5S. Additionally, I support that they do NOT block any wind whatsoever.

the previous model was much more fit, these are too fat and too short when it comes to fingers

These gloves fit great and are very comfortable, don't even begin to warm your hands.

Grip dots wore off almost instantly. Material is pilling where jacket cuff overlaps. North Face markets and prices like a high end outdoor outfitter. These gloves are poor quality. I take care of my things and only use these driving to/from work so I feel there is no reason for them to deteriorate in this manner.

I purchased the gloves for riding my electric scooter. They are great!! Just not for the blistering cold in NYC in the middle of winter. I'm sure it works well in not so frigid temperatures.

I thought they were very comfortable. However, they tore at the seams only after a week without heavy wear and tear.

I purchased these lightweight gloves after looking for several weeks, exactly what I needed. After wearing for only a day noticed the stitching coming apart. So, I sent them into TNF for their product "guarantee".

I bought them on December 2019 and after one month the right glove got broken on the fissure of a finger top. I kept on wearing them until spring, so more or less 2 months more. Now I just started again to wear them, and today was probably the third time i weared them in this autumn and I noticed that the fissure points on the middle finger of the same right glove are broken, even in two different spots! For the price of these gloves such things should not happen, maybe only after heavy usage but not like it happened to me. I don't recommend this product at all!

Nice looking gloves. But at the end of the day, if they don't keep the hands warm they're useless.

I bought these as a dog walking glove, not expecting it to be build for colder weather (-15 or below). The big issue is after only a couple months of wear, the little grip pads built into the gloves are starting to come off. Unfortunately this product isn't built to last.

I live in Northern Nevada and the temp just started to drop around the 30's. I got these gloves thinking that the rating on them for very cold would be good, they're not. My hands were freezing. No sooner than I put them on and headed outside I felt the cold right in my hands. Not happy with them at all. Sent back the next day.

Gloves were fine until the seem on the right knuckle gave way. Gloves fit fine, just poorly manufactured. Would return for warranty but it would cost almost replacement value to ship back...

The sizing on these gloves is ridiculous. I bought this glove and another model -- in the other, the Men's Large fit fine, but in this model, it is the same size as a Women's Small (it fit my wife, and that's her size. And it wasn't just mis-marked, the Women's Small that I bought for my wife, is too small for our grandson.

This is my 67th winter, 35 of which were in Minnesota, so I know the cold, and how to keep warm. The blurb for these gloves says "twice as warm as our traditional Etip gloves." Well, the traditional model must be microns thin, because the Hardface model were cold this morning (temp. 22F, windy) after only 4 minutes of walking the dogs. When I got home after 10 minutes, with cold hands, I retrieved the Polartec gloves the new ones were to replace, and started walking. Much better! Needless to say, they're being returned.

Had these gloves less than two months and they ripped at the seem between cuff and glove. They look and feel great but the construction is poor at best. Would not buy north face gloves again.

I bought this gloves in Manhattan, it was cold. I explained to the guy in the store that I needed them to warm my hands. He recommended very well so I bought them. They are very cool very stylish BUT do not work to warm at all. I would like to change it but I was in a visit in NYC, and now I'm back in my country.

Got these gloves as a base layer for my expedition trip in Norway and on the first day the seam on one of the gloves completely came apart and left my index finger exposed to snow. Left my other gloves at camp so I was stuck with a very very cold and uncomfortable finger during a technical climb. Would not recommend because these gloves come apart before even being used!

These gloves could be great but they are made from poor workmanship. I wore them 3 times and they got a little wet. They immediately started to smell within once they dried so I decided to wash them on a gentle cycle. The smell went away but the logo started to peel off from the gloves and they became pilly. I hung these to dry so never put them in the dryer. After wearing them one time again the material began to smell again. I would not buy these ever again. After just 4 times of wearing these gloves, they look like ive had them for half a year. They look old and gross. Will never buy gloves from Northface again.

Bought these for my wife, she does not like due to them not being warm. I'm assuming they don't seal in heat
