I needed a jacket for my snowboarding trip and decided to go with the 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket. It kept me warm and cushioned, all while being incredibly light. It's my favorite jacket by far! Highly recommend!!

Lightweight but warm.

Had some issues ordering this online, but it could've been due to high demand during the holidays or it was simply just out of stock. I managed to order this product online, but only with the option of in-store pick up which I didn't mind. Nevertheless, customer support was super kind and helpful. They even compensated me for the 10% off my first purchase since my first purchase was cancelled and I was no longer able to use it. Now the jacket was a gift, but I'd be guilty if I didn't admit that I've borrowed it a couple of times. The quality is amazing and I trust that this is a great investment for the long run. It keeps us warm throughout the winter season and honestly, it's hard to not want to wear this jacket.

Everything I expected and more. Fit is great. I can use for snow boarding or just for running errands in the cold weather!!

Bought this coat as a giftthe receiver loves it!!! Says that it is lightweight but very warm. Love the fact that it packs into an inside pocket, which makes it so very easy to carry!!!

I love wearing this jacket while heading down a ski slope or walking the dogs on a cold morning. Looks great, feels great, and perfect insulation from the elements!

Jacket is excellent, not heavy but protected me on 8 inches of snow and freezing temperatures!

Have had no regrets about buying this jacket. Had a wonderful experience at the North Face store in downtown Boise getting both solid information and fitting of the product. It has been a great addition to the wardrobe once winter arrived at Christmas-time in Idaho! Not only that, the jacket has been a big hit with both my outdoor enthusiast and urban rapper wannabe friends! :)

Great coat for the winter! Please note it is very puffy and make you look larger in the jacket si maybe buy a smaller size because it is overwhelming
