Purchased this jacket for a trip to Alaska. Chose it based on the down amount of 700. Was very warm and its lightweight. Great jacket and it fits well.

So warm and the slight bagginess is perfect for layering a hoodie or sweater. I wear this almost every day in the winter in Madison (except for the few days I need my parka).

Really nice jacket and quality, but I think the hood should be developed a little better. The one it comes with isn't useful at all. It's so thin, it doesn't protect from the cold.

Phenomenal warmth, to be honest all throughout high school I would always see the "Cool Kids" constantly wearing North face puffers. From a quick glance i thought to myself that they were paying for nothing more than a brand name that surely the quality couldn't hold up to the price. Wasn't until Recently I first hand, experienced the sheer quality of these puffers. To start off I live in the most rainiest state in all the USA Seattle, Washington and with having up to eight months of nothing but rain and cold this puffer has definitely held up to its name. Unexpectedly being waterproof when wind resistance, and definitely holding up against the test of the snow! despite its price being a little out of my personal comfort zone, it was worth every dollar. Hopefully looking forward towards more kind of waves

I purchased the Black color of this puffer a year ago and decided that I needed another one in green. When it came in, the jacket was pretty flat, but it got more puffy after a couple wears. Overall this jacket keeps you very warm and the cropped fitting is perfect. Prices have gone up and i highly recommend buying this jacket on sale
