I've had a Nuptse Jacket in Child's Large since I was 12 and the quality is so good, I just never upgraded it (For the record, I'm a petite woman who mostly wears women's XS). That is, until now. I really wanted an oversized black puffer for when I didn't want to wear my fitted black child's puffer. I got this in a men's M and I love it. It's oversized without being unflattering, and it's incredibly warm. I wore it all last week on 3 mile walks in 20 - 30 degree weather and never once felt cold. The nuptse is a classic cut and style, and obviously North Face's quality is life-lasting. If you're debating this coat, just buy it.

Bought this jacket (men's small) for my teen daughter, and the black one for my other daughter. They fit great with a sweatshirt underneath. I of course had 90s flashbacks (a la the name of the jacket) and love the perfect puffiness of the Nuptse. The Nuptse is super warm, water resistant (not proof) with enough pockets for your necessities and not too puffy. My daughters wear them daily and they are holding up well. Highly recommend and love the lifetime guarantee. Great quality and a great brand.

My second Nupste jacket - the first being 26 years old. I still wear the first, purchased in 1996 and still going strong. I bought it when a student because it was a good buy for a good solid jacket, and looked great on me. Never knew it'd take off and become THE classic down jacket. No surprise though. This jacket is WARM, and it looks great on everyone. I've never found another brand or style - and I've looked! - that can compare. I bought a new one for my teenager for Christmas because he was stealing my own old Nuptse to wear to school - and my 2nd best jacket, made by a company as famous as The North Face - wasn't as warm, and made me look like I was wearing a nylon potato sack. Thanks to The North Face for keeping a classic, beautifully made and beautifully designed jacket in production.

This coat was bought for my son as a Christmas gift. Coat is nice, however, size up if you are 6'0 or taller.

Perfect gift for my daughter! Not only for Men!

Best Christmas gift. Admittedly, he picked it out. It was exactly what he wanted. It looks fantastic. The sleeves hit at the wrist, just long enough (an extra 1/2-inch sleeve length woulda been nice though probably not an issue unless you're also 6'4"). The larger logo front & back looks good. This jacket can be worn literally anywhere. Awesome purchase.
