The product is cheaply made, and for the price, it isn't worth it. Feathers are coming out on random places on the coat, would recommend something else. Would appreciate someone getting back to me to make this right

The front was cut shorter/ than the rest. Not the style of this coat!

I was excited getting this product but it's cheap looking and the material is cheap feeling . Bad quality. Over priced .

I intentionally bought the jacket 1 size too big and it is still so short that it doesn't reach my belt line. The sleeves are also somewhat short. Lastly, the hood is very thin in order to roll up into a collar. It's too thin to keep your head warm.

Had this expensive jacket for three days before I noticed a hole. The material is flimsy and they provide no help to fix or replace. You're better off with a company that guarantees the quality of their garments.

Ordered the Nuptse last week. Just got it and upon looking at it I'm extremely suspect the hologram logo which is always the classic shiny/reflective Mountains with the little box NF logo in back was actually just a shiny silver thing that literally said "THE NORTH FACE" literally no mountains or anything.see pic, I called customer service and explained and sent the guy a pic showing him and he told me after a minute of "looking into it" that "oh yes sir says here in the notes they changed the hologram logo". Maybe a pretty reasonable request for him to email me a copy of screenshot where exactly it does say that and was told " I'm sorry sir that's confidential" What is confidential? That you changed the hologram??? Super sketch also the "F" on NF was super slanted and threading coming out of the bottom of the "T" on NorTh. Wondering if anyone else had run into this??? Or have seen this "new" hologram?

Never buy it again.

Good morning, 15 days ago I bought this jacket and actually when I arrived in my country (Argentina) I realized that it is all defective. I have no possibility of returning it since I am in another country. I ask you please if you can resolve this case. I will never buy anything from you again. Please don't send me more advertising. thank you so much.

I returned this item via Fedex and it's been almost a month and the status still says on its way. I have never experienced this kind of delay in returning an item. Never buying anything from northface again! Worst experience!!!

I had gone to a NorthFace store in order to try on and buy the Nuptse. Although the black color option was not available, I found the XL size to be an adequate fit. I had then ordered it online in black. Once it arrived, it felt larger than the one worn in the store. The proportions also seemed off.

The product looked great. But the return service is terrible!!! I had to return the size M and had to reorder a size L. I had returned the item at the nearby fedex on April 15 and the item is still on its way when it is almost 20 days. And the destination is within the california so not sure why an item would take that long to reach a destination.

Old Nuptse from 2007 - medium was perfect. TNF has changed sizing. 2024 M Nuptse - Sleeves are way short leaving wrist cold, too short on waist too. Medium too small and large way too big in chest

Never buying from North Face again. I've waited over a month to get my refund for my return. So annoying worst buying experience ever

I bought it as a gift, but it was a product for children. The shell part was too cheap, and he can't wear this one year later.

First, my debit card was hacked, someone ordered this retro jacket on my card. Luckily I caught it the same day it was ordered, but this person was smart enough to have it over nighted. I called immediately and reported fraud. This person received the jacket the next day, they sent it to Pennsylvania, I live in Mo. luckily I was told by Northface that they would reimburse me to my new card. I really appreciate that Northface refunded my money!! Please be aware scammers are always trying to steal your info and credit cards. I just hope karma finds this person!!!

The jacket has a really poor quality A lot of loose threads, i ended up returning it

The jacket is on the thinner side compared to the original. I thought it would be a nice thick puffer. My husband is 6'4 and weighs around 195lbs. The sleeves are short and the back of the jacket is kind of sort as well. A taller heavier guy would definitely not fit into the jacket well.

The feathers inside began poking out, eventually causing a hole in the arm.

I never bought this gear .. someone tried to make a fake identity using my information to buy this gear .. the should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law .. I hope they get caught one day

Look so cheap,especially for this color. I can't wear because this looks so cheap as well as Urban outfitters.

Terrible quality for a $319 plus jacket! My brand new order arrived with a hole on the front of the jacket. Talk about poor QC.
