The nylon is VERY thin, the down feathers underneath are completely visible! I live in northern Canada, after 5 wears and casually leaning up against my 4x4 I already noticed a rip. I went to spot clean my jacket and the nylon has also completed discolored from red to white! This jacket is meant MORE for the city streets and less for the great outdoors so don't have high expectations for quality. I bet this jacket was made better in 1996 than in 2020 which is a sign of our fast fashion culture. A shame really.

I'm a 6'5 male and I ordered an XL. I wore it and the sleves were perfect length but the coat stopped right at my waist..im used to/like my clothes a couple inches past my waist. I was told that that's the style of the coat and it's supposed to be like that. So it'll take some getting used to iguess.

This coat has been a life saver. My wife had Multiple Sclerosis and the weight as well as the protection from the elements made it comfortable for her to participate in outside activities. I reccomend your products constantly to people with physical disabilities. The weight as well as the construction is unsurpassed. Thank you.

I bought the Zinnia Orange one because the original yellow one felt too bright for me, so the zinnia orange looked like a good balance. When I received it in the mail the down was too dark that it looked like the jacket was stained. The jacket was dark around the stitching on the sleeves and on various areas on the front. It looked like someone had dropped paint and tried to clean it off. When I went to return it in stores the employee said that this is a problem with most of the light colored jackets. So be wary when buying a light colored jacket.

The coat is okay but the material and color isn't misleading according to the picture here on the website

This jacket was very "puffy". My husband is slim and it gave him a Michelin man look. probably better on someone larger.

The only downside to this jacket is the todo length is a little short. I'm 6'1" and ordered a large and it's a little too short, a tall option would be perfect!

I've been buying/wearing north face jackets for 15+ years. The quality has gone down significantly. These jackets rip EASILY so be careful with walking near walls when wearing this jacket as it could snag and rip on a nail or cracked/old paint. The neck area gets so dirty if you're someone who has long hair (or if you ever sweat) and the hair is touching the back neck part of the jacket (see pictures, this is only after 2 winters with the jacket and not wearing it all the time as i have other jackets in my rotation). Washing it is difficult and a chore and even once you wash this jacket its pretty much over for it. the puffiness of the jacket is never the same and the jacket doesnt even wash completely. This jacket isnt worth more than $200 with how bad the quality is. if for some questionable reason you do decide to go with north face, do not get one of the ones that has a light colored neck/shoulder area. get one of the ones with the black neck/shoulder area like the all black north face. or just look for a better quality jacket that doesnt stain and make it impossible for you to clean.

Looks decent if you like the style I guess, runs a bit big, definitely way over priced. Minor blemishes with stitching.

Not very warm nor is the fit very functional. A nice jacket if you are into that style but not for the technical outdoorsman

Compared to the nuptse jackets sold by the North faced two years ago. this jacket is a lot flatter, and seems like it does not have the same amount of down in them. I thought it was perhaps due to it being crammed while shipping so I let the jacket air for three days but so no difference.

The color was nice but this jacket was to short on the sleeves and body for a 6'2", 200 lbs man.

I am going to return this jacket. Not what I expected, to thin and not warm even on a 0 degree day! Does not look puffy like in the advertisement. Very disappointed.

I tried a regular 2xl the fit was kind of good but I have long arms and the sleeves were shortening so If yall can please make big and taller sizes in your nuptse jackets As someone who is 6'2 I'd appreciate it

The issue with the shortness in the torso makes this model a nonstarter with me. Everything else is nice and snug.

I returned this product because of the thick, cumbersome degree of the jacket to store in travel luggage.
