Not waterproof! After a couple of hours playing in the snow, my son's feet were soaked and freezing. Today we walked in the rain for less than an hour. Came home and literally poured water out of his boots, then wrung more water out of the liners. I had to spin them in the washing machine to get them dry enough for the boot dryer. So disappointing. I really wanted to love these.

I'm a 8, extra wide feet aka duck feet. These boots were great for snow machining and general winter here in Alaska. They are definitely warm enough and were waterproof. The soles have worn out from snow machine riding from the running board traction teeth. Some of the stitching & denier fabric is wearing thin causing some leakage; not back after 2 seasons of abuse. Anyone complaining of waterproofness probably forgot that if your pants get wet that they drain down into the boots and collect water. After each use I had mine on the boot dryer to keep them dry and fresh for their next adventure.

They are easy to put on and comfortable. Looking forward to using them this week when snow blowing. Expecting 6 inches or more.

Size is large (I normally take a 8.5; the size 8 is still generous, even with ski socks).
Very easy to put on; don't need great ankle flexibility. Once you have it on and tighten the ankle strap, it feels secure enough (if you posthole in snow or mud, you won't pull out of the boot).
Quite lightweight for a boot this size, which is good. The insulation appears to be good.
Looking forward to testing this winter to see how it performs in actual snow, mud, & ice--if I can figure out how to edit the review, I'll edit to let you all know how it does at 0 F in frozen mud and snow.

Wore these ice fishing with my buddies. We were out on the lake for hours and I didn't notice the cold one bit. I took the dogs out this morning in -7°F and feet stay toasty warm. Would buy Kamik

I had to return the Kamik Greenbay 4 boots due to sizing. My son wears a size 11 in Brooks, but when he tried these on, his feet were swimming in them—they fit at least a full size too big. Unfortunately, a size 10 wasn’t available for exchange; otherwise, I would have gladly reordered.
That said, Kamik snow boots are very durable, warm, and offered at an excellent price point for the quality you receive.
