Tight fit for a reason. It's like an insulated jacket for the feet.
FYI, I am a 10.5 US Mens', or an EU 44 size.
This is the second pair of Asics that I've purchased.
I guessed that the size of the shoe would be about the same size as the pair that I currently own.
When these arrived, I expected these to give me a little bit of room just like my other pair, but was worried when I discovered that they're a bit snug.
It turns out that these sneakers are lined with an insulating cuff, to keep the toes warm.
As a result, there's not too much room inside of the shoes.
The tight fit seems to be an intentional feature of this lining.
It turns out that this is a good thing.
I took a walk around town on a -1 C day wearing only my thinnest socks, and was very pleased that the liner of the sneakers keeps my toes exceptionally comfortable.
These may indeed be the warmest shoes that I've ever owned.
Highly recommended for cold weather walkers.

I've been collecting sneakers/boots for a long time and I can confidently say that this is THE SMALLEST fitting pair I've ever owned. Probably from the inner sock but I think the shoe itself is cut small also.
I'm usually a size 7 in mens (size 7.5 in Nike). I ordered my size but they were way too small. I returned/ exchanged for a 7.5 and STILL TOO SMALL! I finally settled on an 8 but to be totally honest, i probably could've gotten away with an 8.5 (yup, they're THAT small!!)
With that said, SIZE UP A FULL SIZE! (Trust me)

Nice style. Love the goretex. I am going to use these on snowboard trips. They are really warm too, which kind of makes them a seasonal shoe for me. They were smaller as all the other reviews show. I am a true 8.5, I can wear 9's in normal sport's shoes and have a pair of normal tiger asics in a 9, but I ordered the 9 and 9.5 - there was no way I was fitting in the 9 but the 9.5 was perfect.

Buy One Size Larger At Least! Narrow shoe and tight fitting due to the neoprene lining, which makes it very snug. I wear and ordered a 13 and had to return them and get a 14, which is tight and narrow on my feet.
Thankfully Zappos staff helped me return and get new pair very easily. Thank you Zappos!
