WAY too big. I am normally a size 2. I'm 4'11, 116 lbs, 32DD. Got this dress because it looked like a cute wrap dress that wouldn't show as much cleavage as most v neck/ wrap dresses. But I'm literally swimming in the size 2 and the v neck comes down to my bellybutton! This is going back.
