Exactly what I was looking for in a mesh tennis shoe! Comfy, simple and good tread too! I use them while working out, and they look great with jeans! I've worn them running too and they are good for that as well. Do note: If I lace them too tight the shoe will dig into the top of my foot. I've found I can get the proper snug fit without causing such digging.

At first sight i thought i found my dream shoes, they perfectly fit my extremely steep elevation, are wide and need no break in. Overall im happy with their performance, and should particularly mention their breathability during +32c tropical forest hiking at 100% humidity. Then, after a while using them it appeared they tend to slip at many city pavements, like tiles, wet tar roads or even smooth concrete, while being quite grippy at tricky surfaces like bathroom type tiles and jungle trails.

I have purchased a lot of North Face low top day-hiking shoes over the years and love them. I had these shoes shipped to me and I went with the same size as the previous shoes. These shoes were way too small. Definitely go up a size. Nice looking shoes though.

I loved the style of these shoes and decided to try out North Face. I bought them right before I went to San Diego Comicon in July 2019. They did feel a little wider on the front of my foot. Not by alot but just enough where the shoes started to cause my pain in the ball of my foot when I returned home from Comicon. It was strange though because I had no pain there, but when I got home that is when it started. At first I did not want to immediately think it was the shoes because at Comicon you walk and stand alot. So, I decided to not wear the shoes for over a month. My foot started to feel better so then I tried them on again. My feet started to ache again after 1 hour. I had to go to a Podiatrist to check out the pain and I had a slight sprain of ligaments. Unfortunately, I have no longer worn the shoes. Shoes looked great, but unfortunately they caused me an issue. I like North Face apparel but I guess not their shoes.
