This is a really good looking shoe -- and oh so comfortable. Unfortunately for me, it was a little short in my left foot (which is half size larger than my right foot). Usually a Naot in a size 42 fits, but both this shoe and the other I ordered with it (also a Naot size 42) were both just a tiny bit too short in the left foot. I was tempted to keep them anyway but have learned from hard experience that this causes foot problems, e.g. bunions etc. So back they went! Fortunately it is easy to return shoes with Zappos

I bought these shoes for my daughter-in-law and she loves them.

Good support. Fits true to size. Good purchase.

I got a size 10 and I am a 9.5. They were still too small.

This is a cute style of shoe. Those cutouts give it a sporty look. I am usually a 7.5 or 8 and had to go to the size 39 in this style. It sits nice and low around the ankle and the fabric is pretty soft. The shoe is stiff in the toe box, though. Therein lies the problem I had. The toe box isn't very tall so it ended up being too much pressure on my big toe because the toe box isn't as soft and it isn't high enough. It is too bad because the shoe was comfortable every place else, just that darn toe box issue. I have normal size toes so be aware of this issue if you are like me and are sensitive to things being too tight on your toes. The arch support was noticeable but not enough to say it has a lot of support there. Thanks ZAPPOS for allowing me to shop/return with ease and for FREE!

This shoe fit perfectly, like a slipper. it was so comfortable that it pained me to have to return it but I did for the following reasons: 1. sole was very flexible, could almost bend in half and I needed more support than that. 2. Laces were weird. I don’t know how well they would hold up functionally. 3. Grey sole and heel panel detracted from the style (I would have preferred all darker colors.)

Loved the style and color, but the fit for me wasn’t as good as the Naot Avena style, which I have in black. This Lalo gapped around my ankle just a bit, so I’m holding out for the Avena in my size.

These shoes gap at the ankle on my size 9 foot. Otherwise, cute and versatile. I like the combo of suede/leather.

Cute shoe, dressier alternative to a tennis shoes and could easily be worn with a dress/skirt. Unfortunately I'll have to send them back because the toe box needs to be a bit taller for me; too tight across the front of my foot. Material is pretty stiff there so I don't think they'll stretch out, darn! Hope they come out with a new and improved version because other than that they are comfortable, and do offer some arch support. Thanks for letting me return so easily, ZAPPOS!

Well, it's not a gym shoe but it's not very cute. Just a plan ol' lace up. My husband said it looks like a bowling shoe (I haven't decided if that's a good thing or a bad thing) It is comfortable and wide enough in the toe box which is a problem I have with Naots. The nubuck stains easily even after using waterproof/stain resistant spray on them. I'm going to keep them but I wasn't like these are so darn cute--kinda ho hum.

I loved these shoes. However, they were at least a half size too long. I wear 8.5 shoe. I bought the size 40. I have to return them.

Very cute casual shoe - very lightweight and nicely styled. It's a tad expensive for this type of shoe but I'm familiar with the brand and know they are fairly expensive.

My heel slipped out. Too wide at heel

Pretty shoes but just wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like.

I liked the way they looked, toe box not wide enough or long enough but heel area was good.

Toe box was fine. Feet slipped on heels. Arch support was minimal for a shoe with laces.

I bought this shoe to use with my custom orthotics. It was fine for that purpose but I had to return it because the design includes a smooth leather like feature that crosses the mid front of the shoe just where my bunion protrudes, making the shoe less flexible in that crucial area. Don't know what a shoe company that aims at the "comfort shoe" market would not be sensitive to the common issue of bunions, but it isn't apparently. I will also say that I was fairly disappointed in the look of the shoe as that decorative section of smooth leather, if that's what it is, looks like thin plastic. Most Naot shoes look worth their premium price, but not this one.

I really wante dto love these. Unfortunately they were loose (surprising since my foot is wide). They seemed flimsy and not supportive enough. I sent them back :( They are very cute - too bad.

I didn’t like them. They were cheaply made.
