These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. I absolutely hate them and wonder why I'm ever fooled into giving Dr. Scholl's money. The snug fit and pinching I thought were part of the breaking in process never went away. The shoe seems like a clog since the front half is leather, but the part around your heel is a stretchy fabric. I'm sure this is supposed to feel comfortable, but the fabric stays tight like a rubberband around the ankle. I tried adding moleskin to create some comfort around the back of my heel, but when wearing work shoes turns into taping my feet and wearing specific socks and still ending the day with sore feet, it's time to cut my losses. I will absolutely never buy another shoe from them again. They are the worst.

DO NOT BUY THESE IF YOU HAVE TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME!!! I work in a bakery at our local grocery store. I'm on my feet all night, mostly standing, but a lot of walking too. I bought Dr. Scholl's shoes specifically because I wanted really cushy, comfortable shoes. These are not it!
Outside: I liked these because they were all black vinyl, no mesh. Spills can't soak into my socks this way and are easy to wipe clean. They also claim non-slip, non-marking soles. The tread is plastic, making them still slip around on greasy floors. Rubber would have worked much better. Don't know how the non-marking works, as I didn't wear them long enough to find out. The shoe laces were D-linked straps, no tying involved. I liked that part, but I did not like the short stretchy ankle part. Made me feel like it was going to slip off my foot, it was so low.
Inside: These are sold as a wide shoe, and I never bought a wide shoe before, so I didn't know what to expect. I also bought a 10 instead of my normal 9.5 as I wanted to give a little extra room for the padding I was expecting. It didn't matter because there was hardly anything in there. The heel had a nice gel pad, but the rest of the foot had nothing! They were so hard! My old tennis shoes that I was replacing had more padding than these! The first day I wore them, I complained so much about my feet hurting that my husband gave me a foot massage. The second day I wore them, I came home in tears because they hurt so bad! That's when I knew I was returning them. I went back to my torn up tennis shoes and haven't had a problem since. Not at all what I expected when I bought shoes from a company who prides themselves for their padding!
Overall: I wouldn't recommend this particular shoe, but I haven't given up entirely on the Dr. Scholl's brand. Just have to find a store that sells them, so I can try them on before buying them.

Very uncomfortable. No arch support. Poor support in general. Felt like a pair of flat slippers.

Worse shoes ever. Ever!! I left them in the box for over a month, and finally decided to wear them. I’ve worn them 4 times & ALL times after 2 hours I want to cry. I was stupid and threw the box away otherwise I would look into returning them. These shoes are the worse work shoes ever

This shoe is very comfortable, but did have to go 1/2 size up for best fit.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mother. Both pairs fit perfectly. After this experience we will only be shopping DrScholl's Shoes online for her.

I wanted to wait till I had worn them for 80 hours to give a true review. Comfortable, light, stylish, nice looking, water resistant, affordable, and delivered to my door. When I'm looking for a 10 wide in the store it's almost impossible but you had them. I can wiggle my toes while I have them on, "YES!" I've been jellin' for two weeks now, and smiling everyday. I don't rave about alot but my new Dr. Scholl's are the bomb! After two weeks my high arch and my shoes have become best friends. I love the lace look without retying them constantly, they stay snug to my foot regardless of whether they are wet or just running alot. I haven't slipped once the traction is fabulous over water, and oil. Definitely would recommend to everyone, and will be purchasing more! Thank you, from me and my feet!

I really like these shoes. The only drawback is that they do not tie, so I can't tighten them when they feel too loose. Other than that, great arch support and very comfortable to wear.

I love this shoe!! I love the fact that there are no strings to tie, you just slip them on and go. I had to add an additional arch support. I usually wear a medium so I was surprised that this one fit comfortably. Great working and walking shoe!!
I'd also recommend:
Dr. Scholl's Drive is also excellent if you wear a wide size.

I was really excited for these shoes. I paid for 2nd day shipping but they actually took 4 days. Still,I wasn't going to make a big deal because I thought they would be great when I got them. Wrong! These shoes are so small and tight. No way are they wide,by any means. They're not comfortable at all and actually squeeze my feet. At least they offer free returns. I don't understand why exchanges aren't available, though. I'm so disappointed :(

They're not terrible shoes. I just don't understand why they're marketed as work shoes. There is little to no cushion or support and the back elastic dug in painfully after a few hours. After one 8 hour shift, my feet, knees and hips were in agony after being on my feet for so long in them. They're not terrible athletic shoes if you're not wearing them for very long, though.

Was pleased with materials but disappointed in the heel design, which caused the size to be off by at least one size too small. Still will purchase Dr. Scholl's work shoes but not this style; thank you.

Had to return these shoes because the back of the shoe where the opening is, is kinda curled under & is very uncomfortable. We tried to put something in the shoe to make it not be curled under but nothing worked.

To me Dr. Scholl's is a household name and I had great expectations because of that, however, I am very disappointed with my purchase. Although they look very nice (which is the main reason, and the wide option I chose them) these shoes are not true to size. I ordered size(s) wide (I ordered a pair for my twin sister also )and they are rubbing my baby toes to irritation. There is also rubbing on the ankle of the left shoe. The sole on the left shoe is already starting to come unglued. They are also tight across the top of the foot. I made this purchase about 3 weeks ago, wearing them every other day with the exception of Sunday. There is no way the shoes should be coming apart already. I will not make any more purchases from Dr. Scholl's. From viewing the website further I feel your shoes are over priced if they are not going to hold up under normal wear and tear.
I regret not being able to say anything more postive about my experience.
