Because I wear a 7.5 W in Vionic sandals rather than my normal 8 W, I ordered both a 7.5 and an 8 in this flat. Both were too tight and looked and felt like mediums rather than wides. Unfortunately I have to return these. They would be soft and supportive for someone with narrow to medium feet.

I have been looking for a summer flat in a light pink neutral shade with good support. Although these shoes do have some support, it was not enough for my troubled feet. The shoe does, however, have a removable footbed. I was able to remove the VIONIC footbed and replace it with the footbed of my NAOT Kirei. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 shoe. With this shoe I opted for the 9.5. I am now ready for summer with a shoe that provides comfort and support!

I am usually an 8 Wide in Vionics, but with these I had to order 8.5 Wide (thank goodness they came back in stock!) While they don't have the full arch support of regular Vionic shoes, they have more than other ballet flats I've worn and they are a nice alternative to sneakers and sandals for work in the spring. They are very cute, classy, and unfussy, which is just what I was looking for.

Loved the shoe when I first tried it on, but in walking around the room they crowded my big toes. Sadly, I had to return them.

I love the shoes. The problem is I also got them in black and the black feel great but rubbed a blister on my heal. So until I can figure out how to wear them without the blister, I won’t keep the pink ones. They are very nice and if I figure it out I may reorder. I just have too many shoes I liked but found I couldn’t wear for one reason or another.

I was looking for a simple black flat I could dress up or down that would offer support. These do exactly that, I just wish they were a little less expensive. Also, I wasn’t sure about the tab on the back of the heel, but so far (just wearing them around the house) it feels like it will be ok.

I had heard great recommendations for this brand and even my rheumatologist thought it would be a good, supportive shoe. Unfortunately the end of the toe box felt narrow and put pressure on my toes. The heel area was a little wide for me. I wanted to make them work!

I had to return these because they were too small. I have 2 pair of Vionic sandals in size 11 that fit well, but these were way very tight and seemed very narrow. I ended up ultimately purchasing a pair of Trotters in a size 11 WW.

After reading multiple reviews about Vionic shoes, I was excited to try these shoes. I have been looking for a comfortable pair of flats for work. Since I am on my feet, I need a pair of shoes with good arch support. The Vionic Caroll has the arch support and are comfortable without looking like granny shoes. However, they run large. It was recommended that I order an 8.5 although I usually take an 8. I order the 8, which were too big, so I had to return them.

I wear a 7-7.5 M in Vionics depending on shoe style. I initially ordered a 7.5 because the Minna, I ordered a 7 and that was too tight. The 7.5 Caroll felt like a size 8. I returned for a 7 and it fits much better but still a touch long. Width is true to size, little arch support but not completely flat (I really like the arch support with the High Tide flip flops which I would rate as excellent.) I don't know how much the shoes will stretch because? of the leather. I give 5 stars for style though. The pink is very feminine and great for dressing up and down.

Great for my plantar fasciitis! Would be better if was non-marking sole.....

I find it nearly impossible to find shoes that fit comfortably. These do not squeeze my bunions and are fine with the insert that comes with the shoes versus putting my orthotic in them. I would recommend trying these shoes if you have wider feet that hurt all the time in dress shoes.

Super duper comfortable and great support. I wish there was a little bit more style or chic-ness to it, since I need wide width and Vionic doesn't carry all of its shoes in wide

I ordered the pink shade which are beautiful and well-made with very soft leather. However, I had to return them as they run very, very wide, especially in the back half of the shoe. I wear a size 9 and have a moderately narrow foot. I tried four different sizes, from 9 to 7.5. The length of the 8 fit best but all were much too wide. These would be perfect for those with a wide foot.

I wish these had a slightly higher arch support since I'm so spoiled by Birks, but these are great as a slip-on flat for work!

The beige shoes are beautiful and the size is right in length and width of toe. They felt comfortable when I tried them on and I ordered another pair in navy. They are too wide in heel, however, and slip up and down when I walk, something I didn't realize until I wore them outside. Now they cannot be returned. Advice: if the shoes feel comfortable, wear them around the house on a rug to make sure.

These are comfy, but the inside is lined with something that feels kind of fuzzy. Not bad in itself, but here in the South, fuzzy shoes in summer = stinky feet!!! I wore them twice and oh my goodness. I am so self conscious now I can’t slip my shoes off at all. It’s that bad. Even with shoe liners! Everything else that’s good about this shoes is wiped out because of the stench.

Fit wasn't quite right , I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and am keeping 2.

Beautiful shoe, unfortunately the low vamp sits right at the bunion.

Loves the look, but the arch support was weird and too far back towards the heel. Not a natural arch..

I was really hoping these would fit. They were too wide (10M). Vionic carries a wide shoe width- I wish they would make the medium’s slightly narrower.

Felt true to size but I have a wide forefoot and felt like it was too narrow. I also tried a dansko shoe with arch support and felt like that shoe was more substantial and supportive than the vionic. Cute shoe though and liked the nude color.
