Customer Reviews Timberland 6" Premium Boot

This boot looks cute, but it is so stiff and uncomfortable. It has pinched me to where I started bleeding (after just a short walk). I do not look forward to wearing them.

I chose my size based on the measurement guide. My foot measures 25 cm and I'm a size 8. That's no surprise. The problem is that the boots are smaller and narrower. The materials are also hard and literally hurt your foot. I don't recommend them. I gave it two stars because the color is pretty. That's the only thing I appreciate about it.

I was really excited when I seen what I thought were denim Timberlands. My sister purchased them as a gift for my birthday. Upon opening the box I realized they're not really denim. More like a blue khaki material with white lent throughout. They'll do because you can't really tell from a distance ..I'm just disappointed.

I've purchased 2 pair within the last month, neither work. I ordered wide width for both and they aren't wide at all. Still have yet to receive a refund for the pair I returned.

Extremely uncomfortable in the back. the only 3 times I used, gave me bad blisters. I believe it's the fact that they are ankle boots, maybe the lower ones wouldn't have this problem. Contacted their customer service trying to get another model and they claim "there's nothing wrong with the boots. YUP nothing wrong. Now I have to let it sit with a bunch of paper inside so I can try to use these uncomfortable boots. expensive and disfunctional.

I ordered boots in mid-February and they were too big. I promptly return in February according to the company process and label. On April 18, I received the boots back indicating they were worn or returned late, past their 60 day period, and I would not receive a refund. I have been luck to deal with reputable vendors in the past and would never recommend ordering from Timberland. I will add imgages later.
